Had a great stay at this hotel! Great price and location! Hotel is a bit run down on the outside and inside and the rooms are a bit dated but when you’re only there to sleep who really cares! Room was clean, bed was comfy and big! Bathroom was a bit small but had great lighting! Water pressure was great, loved the shower head! Shower could have drained a bit better but wasn’t horrible! No fan in the bathroom which was odd, maybe it just was inop in that room? Very convenient to have the sliding doors to the outside since we had a pup with us! Also was appreciative of the doggy poop bags they had outside! Staff was amazing! Each and every person I interacted with over our 3 day stay! Definitely recommend!
the outside of the property is clean and kept, but thats basically where the shine ends.. the room was very dated, with patches of wallpaper missing in the bathroom and our room phone did not work at all.|the toilet seat was broken and nearly had us falling over trying to use facilities, and the breakfast (albeit sufficient) was definitely not what was described on their website. the pool was nice (10am to 10pm) but wrapped in yellow tape. it served its purpose of a place to rest after the concert at seahawk stadium, but i will not be coming here again.
The best that can be said about the RED LION BELLEVUE is the beds are comfortable. The room wasn’t particularly clean, the sliding glass door had an old school bar to prevent opening, the screen door had no handles. The staff was efficient although not warm. The building is worn and the grounds are kept clean to bare ground with original plants that need updating.|About a C, I’d like to give it a better review but the Continental Breakfast is less than appealing.
Save your time and money by staying somewhere else! The customer service was horrendous. It took us over an hour in line to get keys to only one of our rooms (to have the key not work and wait again for another key). The second room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm. There was blood on the sheets and the rooms were visibly dirty as was the pool area. After checking out, my son and I went to pick up our “free” breakfasts. Christine (staff member) explained that despite having 7 people included in our reservation, only 2 of us were entitled to breakfast. I accepted her offer of the “free” breakfasts and then she offered to make additional ones for a fee. Christine came back with 7 breakfast bags and told me she was charging $5 each for the additional ones. I explained to her that there was a miscommunication and I was only interested in the free breakfast. She told me that she was going to charge my credit card for the additional food. I tried to reason with Christine, but she was extremely rude to me and the other guests in line. I walked away without the food after no resolution, because Christine was the only person working and I didn’t want other patrons to wait for “service”.
Positive: where it was. the breakfast was nice. food was good Negative: The front garbage can over flowed and was not changed the 2 days I was there. I booked it to use the outside pool. It was closed for cleaning. As I left the pool area a rat ran in front of me. No hot tub
To be quite honest, were it not for the stellar service provided by the front desk, I would have given a significantly lower rating. That being said, I understand you get what you pay for, so I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons when I checked in.
There are a number of cosmetic issues in the rooms (although I will say the hotel grounds are quite pretty), and the room we were initially staying in had not been dutifully cleaned. However, once I brought this up to Josh and Christine at the front desk, they were extremely helpful and we were moved to a much better room and completely taken care of. Just wanted to highlight those two, specifically, as they were both very professional and courteous to us.
Great location, and really friendly front desk team. Okay, it’s not a super updated hotel and is outdated, but you’re paying much less than others in the area, so what do you people expect? They do a fine job here.
Positive: comfortable mattress Negative: Filthy. No maid service available to provide new towels, make bed, get trash. Security locks on unit doors disabled by facility. Ridiculous $12 charge to park in a huge, unsecured empty lot. I paid extra for a premium king and I feel I deserve a refund
Excellent experience at this hotel, from upscale & clean + modern hotel rooms to dining experiences and ultra-friendly staff. Giving this stay a 5-star rating. Definitely recommend ð.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay we will definitely be back! The front desk were very accommodating for our group and put us all on the same floor without us even asking;) perfect location, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. we were given complimentar
I have been in this studio for more than a year. In this past year, I not only developed the habit of exercising but also started meditating. Importantly, I turned the impossible into possible by doing headstands. The classes here are very flexible;
Came in here for almost 3 years.
