RedHawk has beautiful state of the art rooms! The staff in the hotel are very welcoming and really wonderful! The casino staff and restaurant staff are very welcoming and kind too! We always feel secure when playing and staying! I highly recommend it! The set up of the casino is really nice. Views from the rooms are nice too!
Arrived way later than planned, about 3:30am, and the hotel checked us right in with no problem! Walking into to foyer I was impressed with the layout and design right away! The high ceilings and open floor plan really worked! My eyes were drawn to the large, arty lighting fixtures coming down from the ceiling! They looked like enormous cornucopias! The host explained that the tribal members created all the beautiful fixtures and designed the pieces themselves! The rooms were open and spacious and expertly decorated! Loved my stay!!
We stayed overnight and had a great experience. The location was fantastic and the customer service was really good. The valet parking attendant was excellent and even offered to charge my electric car. The front desk staff were also very helpful. We were given a room with a very nice view. We would definitely come back again and stay for a longer period.
I made reservations today on your offer for 1 free night in the hotel during August 2024! We’ve been excited about the hotel opening and amazed that we get to experience the hotel at your generosity! When I called to make the reservation I spoke with “Charlie” in the call center. The entire conversation was without a doubt one of the best conversations I’ve ever had making a reservation anywhere! Charlie was personable, refreshing, and absolutely funny!!! Charlie was absolutely the highlight of my day! Charlie should be acknowledged for excellent customer service! Also, for bringing a personal touch to a phone call! Thank you Charlie! FYI, we made reservations today so have not stayed in the hotel yet …. We will answer the rest of the questions re: the hotel following our visit! Thank you again!
Red Hawk is very peaceful for a casino. It's not loud or crowded. Great place to gamble if you don't like all the extra noise. Customer service I must say the floor help is a plus. They're looking and making sure you have what you need unlike many other casinos you have to do the looking. Salute Red Hawk for keeping up a good atmosphere, well done!!!!
The smoke smell was so strong it gave me and my fiance a headache so we couldnt stay long enough to give a fair review, i bet the place is awesome maybe they just gotta vent that section a little better, there is a non smoking section and the smell was good there, plenty of sanitizing stations and lots of empty slots to get on :) overall im looking forward to going back solo and enjoying myself.
Best place in a 40 mile radius. Staff and service was outstanding. Even the guests were great. Everyone was friendly, which is hard to find in California. This location is a must stay for our family. You will not be disappointed.
My only complaint with red hawk is it's so far from my house and they always seem to be changing out their inventory often getting rid of my favorite machines. But the selection, comps, free gifts, free play 2x/week make it well worth the drive. There buffet is amazing. More often than not I can get several hours of gaming or more out of my money. Helpful when you're trying to avoid the sounds of unexpected explosions from fireworks.

Quaint, comfortable, definitely worth the visit. Scones and latte were good. The rosemary lemon scone was a little heavy on the rosemary. Will I go back, ABSOLUTELY! Take a walk around the old town while you're here.
