My family and I LOVE Indian food, this was my first time here and it was a perfect experience. We got sat/served right away, they made sure we got what we needed and the food was delicious! The server Ganesh was very friendly and hard working! Go here for your cravings 😁🍚🌱🐘

1st time customers. 1st time trying Indian food and it was great. The table service was the best I've had in Utah. Drinks were refilled promptly, staff checked on us regularly. Definitely on my go back list. The staff was fantastic, the food fantastic!

We found a fun, new place to eat tonight! @ashleymsawyer took us to @redfortcuisine and we loved it. The food is rich and robust in flavor and how creamy the curry is. I particularly loved all the mango flavors, especially the mango Lassi (the delicious drink!). I would definitely recommend it.

Since my favorite Indian place changed ownership (and flavor), I've been looking for a new favorite place for about five years. My husband and I travel a lot and get Indian food almost every place we visit. Nothing has ever matched the flavor or quality that I've been looking for. But this place takes the cake! I've officially found my new favorite place! It's the first time since I can remember that I actually said "Wow!" after taking one bite. We've been here twice now, and both times have been excellent. I'd say the flavors I've had here even surpass my old favorite. I wish the garlic naan used fresh garlic, but aside from that everything has been noteworthy. This will be my go-to place from now on. Chicken tikka masala and mushroom makhani have been our particular favorites. Good luck! Try some new things! P.S. The owner has been our server both times and has helped us pick the appropriate spiciness for particular dishes. I'm a really big baby when it comes to spice (I think some pepperoni is spicy), but the medium spice level wasn't more than I could handle. He told us he adjusted the spiciness for the local population (aka white people haha).

Red Fort Cuisine of India is absolutely SENSATIONAL!!! Best Indian food ever! This was our first time at this location. So thrilled to see them expand. The Paneer Masala is my go to dish. The naan is a must when ordering any dish. Great service and food that can’t be beat.

This may be the best service I've ever had! What an incredible experience! The food was great! Love the flavors and attention to detail. The veges were fresh and not overcooked. The lamb was done to perfection. The service was truly amazing. They worked as a team to take care of every table. My glass never got below half, my food was delivered in minutes, and plates were cleaned up instantly. Everything was run so efficiently without being intrusive. I was blown away. I want to hire them to come and train my staff at some point. They've clearly trained every staff member to be a team player and they're all empowered to see needs and meet them immediately. There's no waiting for your waiter to take care of it, the whole team works as a solid unit. Truly remarkable.

Dude, this place is amazing. The service is so good. The food is absolutely delicious. I would eat here every day if I could. I will definitely be returning and trying all they have to offer on their menu. The restaurant was very clean and service was super quick. 10/10 would recommend!

Less than a 15 minute wait on a Friday evening. Excellent service, really quick and attentive without being smothering. The best I've had in a while. The food also lived up to it, absolutely fantastic butter chicken in photo and the coconut korma was also great.
