Running toilet all night long... cigarette burns literally on everything including linens... ice bin full of water on top of closet shelf... about 15+ years of hair, dust, and stains everywhere... other guests outside room door all hours having the loudest conversations and playing music... roaches of all sizes crawling on and in everything, cover your drinks... dirty pillowcases with drool stains and hairs, glad I brought my own. The air filter was so gross we coughed all night until we just unplugged the air/heat unit completely... If we weren't already exhausted and notice the signs in the office saying WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS, which should have been our sign, we would not have stayed here! Gross, Gross, Gross... even for $70!

Great value. No complains. Staff is very courteous and kind. The girl working at front desk Nency is a wonderful host. Very helpful and adorable girl. I was planning to stay at Marriott in Oxford that very night but unfortunately they were sold out. Nency recommended me this motel as it was run by her family. The gentleman I guess is her father who works at red carpet inn. gave outstanding service. Very down to earth man, he made sure we were comfortable staying there. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I booked a Hotel, The room I was given smelled like Animal feces and a smell or "raw eggs" I asked for another room the gave me another adjacent room, It was same or worse, bedbugs roaming everywhere. I Tried to stay for 1 hrs, I could not tolerate, I left in hurry I did not even ask for my money back. I had paid $70. simply if you pay me $1000 bucks to spend a night in this motel I Will pass it.

I been there 2 times this year. Very nice people running it. Parking for my pick up truck and trailer is good. Best of all there is about 6 restaurants that are 1 to 10 minutes walk. Price is better than most hotels in area.

My boyfriend and I stated there yesterday and he woke up to bed bugs. The room was clean and the lady was very nice

Roaches Are Infested In 117. Was Scared To Fall Asleep Because Not Only Were Roaches All Over The Room But They Also Climbed Up The Walls On The Roof And One Even Climbed Up The Bed. I Was Terrified To Bring Anything In From My Car In Fear Of Them Jumping In My Things. Also, The Room Smelled Really Bad And Was Very Poor On The Cleanliness Even Found Other Peoples Hair On The “Clean” Wash Rag And In The “Clean” Shower. They Need To Tear These Down And Build More Bc The Roaches Own This Motel. Definitely Not Worth The $79 I Was Charged. 😒 🪳

I needed one more key after paying for a whole week in the room the owner stood there in the middle of the parking lot yelling at me for a good 20 minutes just because I needed another key I would not recommend staying here again

There was a bee on the window (inside) when we walked in. Then a spider on the bed (big one with long skinny legs). The bathroom was very old, bathtub was ancient, water was weak. First look of the entire room was OK until we found those issues. Everything else seemed fine. However, we could get a better room condition in other motel with the same price (was $55 for a two singles).
