Red Barn RV Park - RV park in Roswell - 2806 E 2nd St, USA

We are NM locals and were traveling back into state from TX and wanted to stay in Roswell to break up our drive. We absolutely appreciated the outside of town vibes and not being directly in the middle of Roswell IYKYK. Lee answered on the first call and every one after that. She allowed us to pick a spot since we got in a little later. She didn't bother us to do paperwork upon arrival and check out the next morning was as simple as tapping my card. Office area was very clean and neat with showers, and a washer and dryer if you need. We would definitely stay again if we end up in Roswell. We're also not elderly, and she was very kind to us.

This is a super cute and very nice RV park/campground. The owner lives here (next door) and is one of the nicest and most welcoming people we’ve met on the road!! The park is small but can accommodate large rigs. The spaces are close together and full hook-up but there is room to open slides and awnings. The facilities are nice and very clean. You are outside the city far just enough for it to be quiet but Roswell is only about 10 minutes away. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in the Roswell area!!

We only stayed one night on our drive from Dallas to Albuquerque, but were so pleased with the Red Barn RV park. The bathroom and shower were so nice and clean. The staff were so friendly. The location is perfect. There is a nice trail to take your dog on. It is small and cosy and just what we needed. I definitely recommend staying.

Perfection! The park has 11 sites with full hookups. The owner, Lee, lives on site and is the most friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and well groomed. I would recommend 100%! The attached picture was our evening view.

This was a great, great place to stay. Nice spots to park the RV, great walk area for the pups, and the treats in the 24 hour accessible fridge. Bathrooms and showers are available also. So low key and quiet, a great relaxing get away. Lee the hostess was awesome! Thanks Lee!!

Stayed at a very cute RV place in Roswell NM. The Red Barn RV park. Has a laundry facility and restroom with showers. Stocks a refrigerator with |Cold drinks and ice cream and ice. Only 13 full hook ups, 40 a night. We used it a a central location to White Sands, Carlsbad and Guadalupe National Parks.

This is a wonderful quaint little rv grounds with only about 14 available full service spots. It's really someone's property just down the street from downtown Roswell NM.its so small the owners don't seem to even man the front desk hardly. Such a quant little barn/office building wi/ham area dor relaxing or playing cards. Also a place to do laundry as well as bathrooms. ( in A/C) My only frown was two things. #1 not much in the way of " shade" #2 it's such a quaint little park that the owners do there best to have an "honor system"- go in. You want an ice cream sandwichs or drinks;get it and put $ in a locked box. Great_ just in today's society that is a wonderful thing to see_ I just feel bad if scuzzy people would/ have taken advantage of there kind honor system and mess it up for all those who ARE honest and do the right thing. But this IS a great place to spend the night or two or such as your traveling thru. And there prices are extremely reasonable. I do recommend this place.

We have been rv'ers full-time for almost 9 years. We've been in a lot of parks and this park ranks a 10 out of 10. Lee is the friendliest, most accommodating host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The park has spectacular views of alfalfa fields and pecan groves. The road noise was a non-issue. If you're rv'ing to Roswell, stay here!
