It was busy when we arrived, but our food was delivered quickly. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The garden scramble with pesto and potatoes were delicious. There is seating outside and inside. Would highly recommend.

Potato’s and bread where burnt. The Bloody Mary was not what I expected. Very small lots of ice and not garnished well.

Great little spot in Aptos! Steak and eggs were fantastic! Usually busy so plan for that.

The restaurant is in a little shopping center with quite a bit of outdoor seating available. Our server was very quick and attentive and the food came out quickly. We got an omelette with potatoes and french toast and everything tasted great. The menu is huge so there should be something for everyone.

Yummy! This little cozy spot has been in the Deer Park shopping center off the Rio del Mar exit in Aptos for as long as I can remember, they have been in business since 1988 and holding strong. They are a cute little cozy breakfast and lunch spot. They are only open until 3pm. They have extra seating outside if you prefer to eat outdoors. Everything I’ve ever tried has been pretty delicious. Today I had a build your own omelette with cheese and green onions, it came with potatoes and toast, and I ordered a side of crispy bacon and a hot chocolate. Next time you’re in Aptos you’ll have to check them out. Either breakfast or lunch, you won’t be disappointed. They also have another location in Watsonville.

The perfect day would entail a delicious eggs benedict breakfast on the patio with plenty shade and a beautiful view. The Red Apple Cafe delivers the perfect breakfast experience. The avocado benedict with country potatoes was one of the best I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast plates are huge and filling. I can see why this cafe was voted "Best of Santa Cruz" for six consecutive years in a row. There are a multitude of stairs to climb in order to reach the restaurant. If this poses a problem, there is an escalator and elevator available. I would recommend the waitresses have another employee cover their tables while they are on break. I recently dined at the Red Apple Cafe in Aptos, CA with my wife. I ordered the French Toast, while my wife opted for the Pancakes. We were absolutely delighted with our experience at this charming Mom & Pop shop. The servers were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was not only inviting but also impeccably clean and well maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The French Toast was a delightful blend of fluffy and crispy, and the Pancakes were equally scrumptious. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, eager to return to this hidden gem.
