Reata Oakbrook Village - Apartment complex in Laguna Hills - 24391 Avenida De La Carlota #100, USA

Just moved in a few months ago. I love it here! Kevin the service porter always makes sure the hallways stay spotless. When it was raining a few months ago he was quick to get mats into the elevator. Overall an outstanding worker thank you Reata Team!

I moved in to the Reata apartments when they first opened in 2016. I have enjoyed living here for the most part first of all, I want to say that the maintenance staff is excellent, if you have an issue with your apartment they respond quickly, Leave your apartment clean and definitely know how to fix anything that goes wrong. Personally, I wish that the garage and around elevators were cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. I have reported several things over the years, but it seems to take too long to get them taken care of. Another fact that you have to be aware of is that there are a lot of dogs in the apartments with apartment owners that do not clean up messes that their dogs may make in the common areas. It's hard living in a community where people don't respect others by cleaning up after themselves or their dogs.

We truly love where we live! The staff are amazing as well. Everyone to maintenance to the leasing office. We lived here for almost four years now and we never want to move! Also love all the events that they have weekly. To food trucks to taco night.

The Reata apartments are the best place I ever moved in a building complex it has such convenience. Stores are right outside the building and Zachary Ward The community manager is very knowledgeable about the building and it’s surroundings. It’s very safe, so I would give this place a thumbs up.👍

This complex was recommended to me by my boss. It was shown to me and that day, I signed to reserve a unit I haven’t seen since it isn’t vacant yet. There were a few hiccups when I moved in (i.e. not provided a key to charge my car, a code for you to use for your visitors to use, etc). However, their service recovery is good. Rachael refunded me the prior month for my dedicated space for car charging. Zachary apologized for the inconvenience it has caused me since I had to go to the dealership to figure out why my car isn’t charging. I have only been here a month but what I noticed is the neighbors are respectful or each other and the property, it is well maintained, and the location is A+ since it is near restaurants and public offices/establishments. This is a place that you can be proud to show your friends and family and eventually call home.

Where do I begin with this review about Reata Oakbrook... Mmm it should start with its leasing consultants Brook and Rachel! We were greeted with big smiles and professionalism. Brook took us around the property and all of its amazing amenities. We wanted to go back to the units we had seen a few times and Brook was nothing but patient with us. She was also very knowledgable and informative about everything. She always made an effort to be accurate with her information sharing which made us feel more comfortable and confident about renting with them. To me, many properties nowadays have state of the art amenities all over, what really sets a particular property apart are its people. During the whole tour, both Brook and Rachel made us feel so warmly and family-like. It was evident based on the way they interacted with the current tenants and knew them by name. Thanks Brook and Rachel! I've never looked forward to moving into a rental property as much and calling it my home. 10 Stars fosho! ----- 10/14/21. I officially moved into my new place today! I absolutely love this community, the convenience of the neighborhood (stores/restaurants/bakeries etc) all nearby. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the Reata staff. The maintenance team is as good (if not better) as all I've heard in the past. Adrian leads his team with such professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. He and Ivan came by the first day and got one of my windows fixed up and re-installed within 30 mins. He also speaks in a very friendly and courteous manner without losing the professionalism. I moved in to Reata about a month ago. It was Nick there when I visited the leasing office very first time. He was so kind and professional. After I moved in, I asked couple things need to be adjusted and fix. They replied very quickly. The maintenance guys were nice and gave me correct information and suggestions. All the staffs (Nick, Zack and Rachel) I met are so nice. I am very comfortable to living this apartment. Thank you so much for your work.
