The experience I have learnt from this company is that they allowed and supported me to develop in my skills that I doubted myself in, in my past. This company allowed me to prove to myself that “I” do know what “I” am doing in the paraprofessional field profession by assisting children of all ages on a different spectrum level, and don’t let me forget that an individual like myself must allow themselves to be open to any important tips, advice or classes that contribute in strengthen his/her’s self confidence in an environment with RCM. This took a lot of hard work and patience and I thank RCM for it . This is not a glamorous career, but it works for me holding the compassion to do this type of skillful work assisting children one on one in their every day class room environment at school.
