Huge store with a great selection of furniture and appliances. I bought this bed with the help of Michael. He shadowed me as I browsed but there was no pressure. He kindly answered my questions and let me know if the pieces I was interested in were available. I felt very comfortable shopping there and I look forward to getting my new bed this week 😁

We needed to replace our washing machine, and the repair people recommended RC Willey. The salesperson Theresa was great and we got the machine we wanted for a very good price, plus delivery and installation with takeaway of our old machine for only $99. While there we ended up buying a refrigerator too, since our backup fridge had recently broken down. The price was too good to pass up. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience all around! I knew what I wanted and Otis helped me right away! He didn’t try to ‘up sale’ me, didn’t pressure me into buying the extended warranty, was warm and friendly and just a personable salesman! He set up my ‘price match’ and delivery quickly! 5 stars for Otis! Delivery was perfect. The men paid attention to great customer service and they worked well as a team! They removed my old refrigerator and had the new one installed and getting chilled within a half hour! 5 stars for the entire experience!!

Bought a sectional couch for a very specific space. The salesman assured me the size would fit within our designated area. We also special ordered an ottoman to match. The night before the couch came, I gave away my current sectional to prepare for the arrival of the new sectional. It arrived and was 7 inches too big and literally won’t fit between the 2 walls that surround the area!!!!! I go back to the store and tell them what happened. They have to come take the couch back and then told me the special ordered ottoman was deleted from my account and was never ordered. I would have been waiting for 3 months and nothing would have come in! Now…..no couch and no furniture based on the terrible customer service! In the end I’m glad the couch is going back because it ended up being terrible quality and can tell it would have broken down quickly. We’ll definitely be shopping somewhere else for the replacement sectional. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Good experience. Dolly my salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. My appliance was shipped damaged so had to go back in and decided to change my order and upgrade , Dolly made it a very smooth transition. Everything went great with delivery, would definitely recommend RCWiley for all your needs, they have great merchandise.

Can I give zero stars? UPDATE: AND WE ARE STILL WAITING! RC Willey has now called a SECOND time to cancel the delivery of my replacement dryer. The one that got fried from the leaking hoses (see below). The one where they had to send out people TWICE to replace the hoses because the first crew accidentally put back on the same damaged hoses. 😣 Original post: Our sales person, Jason, was very professional, thorough, and kind. BUT, while Jason was wonderful, there were/are STILL repeated issues with the delivery and appliances. First, The connections for the washer and dryer blew out twice. They said they would replace the units but not before RC Willey customer support argued with me twice on their responsibility. AND, the leaks caused significant damage to our floor boards and insulation under our newly remodeled home. When RC Willey came out the second time, they only had a washer but not the dryer and it was the dryer that no longer worked. The dryer had sparked when the water sprayed out from the leak and no longer turned on. Still waiting on a new dryer….. Second, they didn’t remove the plastic film off the interior lights on the oven when they installed or tell us there was plastic covering them and the plastic melted all over, damaging the lights. Their solution? I call the manufacturer to get the replacement parts and schedule the service because they don’t have parts! It was their mistake but the solution is I fix it. Third, the ice drawer in our brand new fridge was broken. Not sure if they did this during set up or it came from the factory broken. Their solution? See above! I make phone calls to another manufacturer to get the replacement parts and schedule the service because they don’t have parts. Yes, it is not lost on me that we are all blessed to have things like W/D, new stove, and fridge. But if you have a choice of where to purchase, where to spend your hard earned money, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RC WILLEY. (Sure do miss Sears. Over 25 years of appliance purchases from them and never a problem). What a mess!

Our sales associate, Judy Williams is a rock star! We purchased a bar set up a few months back and have been looking for similar book cases. She was tireless in her effort to find us something we would love. She went on the manufacturer's website and found us a piece of an entertainment center she thought might work. Voila! We loved her suggestion. Our previous experience with the delivery service was exceptional as well! There automated delivery tracking is really neat!

We always get very good help from the staff and have always been happy with the quality of the furniture. Several Months ago we got a new living room set and last week a new king size bed all at very good competitive prices. That's why we keep going back .
