While it took some thinking about how we might customize the software to meet our needs, while re-thinking our business strategy, in the end, the software/training/support have all been phenomenal and is definitely meeting our needs. The support staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about both how the pool industry works, as well as tips/tricks to get us headed in the right direction. Not everything is perfect, but we are certainly headed in the right direction, while keeping the entire team in unison.

I’ve researched multiple POS systems to operate my swimming pool retail, service, repair, renovation & construction business. RB is the only one that can do it all in one program. As our business and the industry grows, they are adapting equally. Worth the money!

The program is absolutely amazing. It is very in depth and has pretty much endless possibilities. You can tailor it to your specific needs which is very nice. There is a big learning curve if coming from a different platform, however if your patient you will eventually understand it. It covers retail and service which is very nice. There are only two reasons that make me give it a 4 star instead of 5 star. 1. We do have to call tech support on average of 2-3 times per month due to the program having issues. 2. The delay in tech support getting back to us. In the last year I have never called and spoke to a person I always have to leave a message and on average it takes 1-3 hours to get a call back. Even with these issues I feel that the good still out ways the bad by far. We are also a heavy user of the program we have multiple pc's running it and using mobile live for several technicians as well.

I have been using RB for over 10 years and highly recommend. The product if good but the support team is even better. They are always there to help and walk us through our glitches. Can't imagine using another software

We have been using RB Controls at our Pool Shop for well over 10 years. The tech support is always fast and courteous. The program is easy to navigate and has been an integral part of our business for each department.

We installed our RB Control system back in 2007. The transfer from our old system to the new system went perfect. The system has worked amazingly well for us. I love the quick response time and support when we have questions. If you are looking for a new system choose RB Controls.

We use RB for our small retail & service business and our experience has been nothing but horrible. We have to call them to trouble shoot their extremely expensive program almost daily and the problems always reoccur. This program has been so troublesome that I would even say it disrupts our business. The only reason we still use it is because it was so expensive we can’t afford to drop them and use someone new yet. By no means would I recommend you use this company and their software. Please do not waste your money.

Purchased RB Controls Point Of Sale in 2008. Great program, easy to learn and operate. They are continually updating and making it even better. Most importantly, service after the sale is excellent. Would highly recommend!
