Very safe location, we used their softball field and was very nicely kept and close to a lot of other small businesses making it easy to get snacks before our game.

Employee parking is ample. The cafeteria has consistent options, but is too pricey so I choose not to eat there. The facilities are adequate, but the field house locker room is in need of repair and better upkeep. Close to LAX--public train and bus stop are within safe walking distance.

Giant facility with friendly security and staff. They hosted a conference for us and were very kind. Know that you need to have a reason to go, pre plan to visit and show ID at the gate.

My home away from home. Like any company of any size Raytheon has it's pros and cons but my overall sense is a pretty positive one. I've experienced some great opportunities here, met a lot of excellent people, and enjoyed many of the diverse non-work groups and activities sponsored by Raytheon. The El Segundo presence covers two campuses, referred to as North and South, which offer surprisingly different cultures. By and large it seems to be inspired by the North Campus consisting of several separate towers whereas South Campus is a single, albeit sprawling, facility. Things are in a state of change, as ultimately all things must be, and the future holds interesting potential. All told, I look forward to continuing my journey with Raytheon and encourage others to consider trying us out as well.

Only went to get my badge renewed but as always the personal are very courteous and take care of business exceptionally well.

Such a word thing to review my place if business in Google maps... Like Google thinks it is a restaurant. Great place to work, with amazing people.
