Ray's BBQ - Barbecue restaurant in Moore - 1060 SW 4th St #250, USA

I have been to the original in Norman and have to say this place has equally great BBQ. Inside the dining area is smaller than in Norman but has a nice rustic decor with old signs on the wall, was clean, and well lit. Service was excellent. Got the sliced brisket plate with baked beans, fried okra and toasted thick bread. The brisket was tender and delicious. On the table they have two types of sauces (sweet and spicy) for the meats. The baked beans have a unique and crazy good flavor with bits of brisket cooked in. The fried okra was crispy on the outside and tasty on the inside. I very much enjoyed eating BBQ here!

Everything is good. Personal favorite is half chicken, baked beans and greens. Sauce is the bomb! Loaded baked potatoes are delicious. yum PS They have great sweet and unsweet tea and watermelon tea. And grape kool-aid!

I hate giving bad reviews. On this one I'm stuck between 2 or 3 stars. I decided to land on 2. I ordered brisket which is my favorite BBQ item other than true burnt ends. Food Ordered: Sliced Brisket French Fries (Home Made?) Mac N Cheese BBQ Sauce spicy and sweet *Sliced Brisket* This was a huge disappointment. I've had their baked potato with chopped brisket and it was pretty good. However, the sliced brisket was terrible. Overcooked, a bit dry, more brittle than tender, no signature fat. It was about on par with golden corral. The only way I was able to eat this is with their BBQ sauce soaking it. French Fries - Tastes like Araby's curlly fries. Not bad. *Mac N Cheese* - Wow this was the worst Mac I've ever had. If it was home made, then that home needs demolished. Tasted like chalk cheese, there's a powdery texture to it. I didn't expect greatness but wow, it was bad. Service was great and the BBQ sauce itself, a 10/10! But with today's order. I can't give a positive review.

First time eating here with my better half. We both went for the 4 rib dinner which was priced lower then most other places at $14.99. I ordered mine with collard greens and fries. The ribs were average size, fall off the bone tender and juicy. Flavor was there but not over powering. Their regular sauce was so good I was dipping my fries in it. The collard greens were the best I've ever had yet I tasted no hit of vinegar. They were spicy but not hot. The fries were top notch and a quality product was chosen to represent this popular side. Oh and we actually received 5 ribs and not 4. Will most definitely eat here again.

My favourite BBQ in Moore. You walk in and an intoxicating smell of charred wood and succulent meat let’s you know it’s time to loosen your belt buckle, preparing for a feast. The decor is fantastic and features many conversation starters. The fries were super crispy and delicious, reminding me of British ‘Fish and Chips’ flavour. Fantastic! The pulled pork and succulent beefs come to life with their sauce. The sauce is almost so good you could drink it. Don’t drink it. It’s the wrong choice. Yet it’s delicious. Also, the beans are perfect.

The food was good, they smoke the carcasses of cows, pigs and chickens and serve them with bbq sauce. Pretty darn tasty! On a personal note do NOT play with the cleaning supplies in the bathroom or your wife will call you "immature" and "childish". If it's childish to challenge the people sitting next to you to a sword fight with a toilet brush then fine! I don't care I know you ate my cereal and I honestly suspect the secret bag of rolos I keep in the garage didn't in fact get taken by a gang or wild rabbits. I think you took them babe! Who's childish now? I put up flyers all over the neighborhood asking if anyone had seen that Rouge group of ninja rabbits for everyone's protection but irl you're the immature one. You made everyone think our lives and secret bags of candy were in danger! Oh also the cake at Ray's BBQ is pretty good, try it out.

Pulled pork and sliced brisket sandwich were fantastic. Nice atmosphere, quick service. Great independently owned restaurant.

BBQ is great. No chemical taste in this food like some other places. Pork tastes smokey charcoal flavor. Fries were cooked properly. Stop in and give a try, I am confident you will be satisfied.
