The staff were very helpful with our reservations and during our stay. The resort is conveniently located near The Woodlands and other shopping areas. The RV space we were at was wide with a lot of grass in between sites. Amenities are great and the resort is very well kept. The lanes throughout the park are wide enough that I felt very comfortable doing my runs in the park. There is a security gate at the entrance, but it did not appear to be working during our stay when coming in after hours. All in all though, it is a great place to stay.
A little rich for my pocketbook, but the facilities are first class. All sites are on a concrete slab. Be aware that the water faucet is in the power pedestal and is very close to the slab. A 90° hose connector helps. We took advantage of their pay for 2 nights and get one free. Makes the cost more reasonable.
We are full timers and have stayed in multiple RV resorts, this one stands out not only with the quality of the amenities and cleanliness of the facility, also in the the level of customer service provided by the personnel. I recommend this resort to anyone looking to RV in the north houston area.
We were sad to leave Rayford as we gained many acquaintances, and the staff are so wonderful. I have to put out there that Michelle in the office is top notch! She was always friendly and listened to all concerns. She was so wonderful with planning out activities for our kids before we left. If we travel back to Spring, we will definitely be staying here again.
Only stayed one night en route back home to Florida but would consider it for another trip. Great location….beautiful quiet well maintained campground. Great place to spend a few nights! Beautiful pool area, covered grill area and picnic tables scattered throughout the common shaded areas
Amenities are disappearing left and right, windstorm did some damage half a year ago and it's still not repaired. No shuffleboard anymore No vending machines No chips in the office anymore Hot tub is busted more often than working Doesn't seem worth an extra 200$ to 300$ a month to be here compared to other places nearby when the amenities are disappearing or are in disrepair. Goto Planet Shuffleboard and order two new mats and fix the spa and the shade cover over it if anything please. Explain to me how you can be making roughly 2 to 4 million per anum and have your park falling apart during the busiest part of the year? (rhetorical) Makes me think the status quo doesn't need changing because you're getting your money and that's all that matters. What does that mean for everyone who lives here? It means they aren't considered. (conjecture) A bag of chips is nice but not necessary, sure a few kids might come in and grab them every day. But keep in mind you're charging everyone hundreds of dollars to park on a slab of concrete where the ROI is roughly 50% each year. Unless you're offering equal value somewhere else, knock the prices down. Because for some this is all they have to look forward to for a retirement. (opinion)
Very clean and well maintained rv park. Felt very safe and people were very friendly. Staff were extremely nice and the place is so dog friendly. Dog walking was very easy and pleasant. All amenities were in perfect working order and super clean.
My husband and I only stayed 2 nights, as I had to get back home to work. It was the end of our vacation and we chose this RV Resort because we wanted to visit with our son who is working for the summer in Spring, TX. What a pleasant surprise. The concrete pads were table top flat. The grounds were super clean. Hook us top notch. If wanted you can rent on your pad a table and chairs, gas campfire and a gas grill. The pool is lovely and clean. I would absolutely recommend Rayford Crossing RV Resort. Sad that we can only stay 2 nights!
