Came for a Hartman’s Bourbon dinner event and had an incredible experience! Jim and the crew at Rationales did an amazing job of creating an amazing place in the village to enjoy a drink! The rooftop patio is 11/10 and the selection of beer and spirits doesn’t disappoint! Also, while not on their typical menu, the olive oil chocolate cake was divine.
Looking forward to coming back to RationAles soon!
Went to the Hartmans Distillery pairing dinner at Rationales! It was excellent across the board. The food was outstanding, the service staff was at the top of their game and the spirits from Hartman’s were paired perfectly. Can’t say enough about the quality! If you haven’t been, give it a try!
Amanda was amazing tonight! We came in with a group of five to celebrate a birthday and cousin coming into town and she made us feel right at home! She’s so sweet and welcoming and we would recommend Rationales to anyone visiting the Williamsville area!
Love this place! Went for the Hartmans bourbon pairing dinner and it was fantastic. Food and drinks are always top notch and unique. Amazing service!
Went for brunch. If I could give negative stars for food and service, I would. When we arrived, the host told us we could sit in the sun or "wait a really long time," so we chose to sit in a sunny spot. She pointed out that there's a QR code if we wanted to order (why else would we come to brunch?). Others have complained about this ordering method and received a response from the business that you don't have to use it. The host walked away before we could ask any questions. We waited at least 15 minutes without a server coming over, so we decided we ought to try the QR code. Our drinks were brought out ($4 coffee w/ no refills tasted like it was made with a used K-cup), practically thrown at our table, and the server walked away before we could ask for water. Ended up having to get my own water from the bar with three people behind it chatting. After I got the water, a server noticed and did ask if we wanted another drink. I'd already checked out and tipped through the QR code, and in an effort to reduce our time in the sun, we declined. No one asked us anything again.
It took a full hour from the time we placed our food order until it arrived at our table. One of the dishes initially brought out wasn't ours and was pretty promptly replaced with the correct one. We ordered a salad that was the best item we got, but still disappointing. The ingredients listed on the menu were hardly present; the amount of apple on it was so skimpy it was like they had one apple to make all the salads for the day. Bacon was non-existent.
The most abhorrent part of the visit though was that the French toast casserole AND the egg wrap we ordered were so obviously pre-cooked and reheated, likely in a microwave, they were still cold on the inside. We ate anyway because by this time we were starving, sweating in the sun, and literally laugh-crying at how bad the whole experience was. 😂
I don't think I'd mind ordering this way on a busy Saturday night if the staff were friendly (they were not!) and service were quick, but good gracious no! for brunch.
Very beautiful and modern looking restaurant! The overall vibe is great with gorgeous blue walls and solid wood tables. I ordered the smoked shoe sandwich and it is fantastic. Turkey and bacon with a cranberry sauce, amazing. They also have unique cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. My bartender was super sweet and attentive, also loved the QR Code because it made it super easy to check out whenever I wanted. Great experience!
We were a little nervous walking in at noon since it was completely empty. But the food was great as was the service. The salads, sandwiches, and Mac and cheese were all really good. The soup was served a little cold. The croutons were *outstanding* and my mom thinks the beef on weck was better than most anywhere else in town.
Chris was an exceptional host, bartender and waiter. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better.
Saw the name pop up when I looked for restaurants in the area of my appointment on Main Street. The Cheesy Chick did not disappoint. They have gluten free, vegetarian, as well as keto friendly meals! I got the keto bowl - philly cheese steak lunch. D
Great food and service! Chicken wing soup one of the best! Bill tended the bar and doubled as service for the tables. His quick wit and efficient service kept us smiling. A group of four of us exchanged Christmas gifts and were not rushed, were able
Food was delicious. Wonderful view but the room we were in was hot and then cold, hot and then cold; every time the heater clicked on or off. Service was very good and food taste and presentation were great. Can TC wait to eat here again.
These are wings. These are what you think about when you want real chicken wings that Buffalo is known for. They are meaty, saucy, and smell as good as they look, delicious! The kind of wings that when you finish one, w/out thinking you just grab ano

I love the chill relaxing vibe at the Moor Pat! Great selection of craft brews and yummy bar bites. I was running late to meet a friend there for a drink on a Thursday night. She texted me and told me not to rush or worry that Corey, the bartender, w
