BEST WEEKLY RATES AROUND @ $125/week or $450/month, but the size of the rooms is compensated by great television channels and working air conditioning and heat for indiana weather which we experienced finally in all its craziness. But thank you for a great stay and hopefully future ones.

Update Feb 9th: YOULL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER 4TH AMMENDMENT RIGHTS VIOLATION ALONG WITH THEFT IVE BEEN CALLIN SINCE OCTOBER NOW YOU WONT EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS. WILLIAM RASNER IM SURE U ARE BACK FROM OUT OF TOWN NOW....TALK TO MY LAWYER. IVE TRIED SINCE OCTOBER TO CONTACT YOU AND PAY AND GET MY PROPERTY BACK. I'm looking to speak to the property owner at the moment. Bill Rasner please contact me ASAP ill send a letter TODAY. I am not wishing to speak to Gina - who locked me out of my room the day BEFORE my rent was requested and refused to speak to me bc she " FELT like I've been dishonest with her since day one". she allowed me to explain for 10 minutes as I explained there was NO problem, that I'd pay AND leave WITH MY BELONGINGS, which itself is still especially not adequate time nor LAWFUL being that the document she left on the door never stated that i was to VACATE the premises at ANY TIME. It just stated I had until the 27th to pay or locks would be changed. This all happened the 26th and I assured her i could SHOW her the documentation she had left. when i stated I was right across the street and could come speak face to face, AND HAD THE MONEY ON ME as the note I left on the door before doing errands that morning indicated- that's when she became belligerent and yelled and hung up on me. the neighbors the night before told me they are sorry to see me go ...and this isn't loophole logic- its VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND (i hope) a misunderstanding, one that i wasnt even allowed to TRY and remedy- it's me losing all of my items, some I've had since childhood, and irreplaceable photographs, my driver's licence, social security card, tax papers, birth certificates, all of my jewelry, memory cards with sensitive info, legal documents, EVERYTHING- JUST EVERYTHING. Left me homeless with no change of clothing or my winter gear. This isn't right and I came in another day and the other woman "called out to Gina" and did a walk through the office, bc I stated that Gina's vehicle was presently out front..she came back and said she doesn't come in till 4pm, like she has told me EVERY OTHER TIME before this happened. Just really strange and I just want to work this out and PUT IT ALL BEHIND ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HEARTBREAKING TO ME. I HOPE I CAN GET MY THINGS BACK. She just kept screaming and being very irrational with me when I called back.....I would like to speak with someone else. I don't even know if these people are going to attempt to SUE ME for payment on top of THEM DOING WHATEVER THEY DID WITH ALL OF MY PROPERTY. WOW.

Parking lot looks like a B52 Bombers made a few passes then if you make it to the room and the door opens cautiously and with hazmat safety gear open the door and expect to see bed bugs as large as cats and cockroaches that could eat your dog not to mention the smell WOW IT WAS AWFUL the stains were out of a horror movie bathroom looked like a meth lab

Great place indeed...pop machine is a money pit who ever runs it needs to put some money into maken it look better its has some flaws

I live at Rasners in one of their remodeled rooms. Absolutely love it. Friendly staff and neighbors. Great location.

Theirs few good people I know place needs a little TLC other then that great place...

Not a good place to stay. Full of bed bugs, roaches and drug addicts. Warning ⚠️ dangerous to your health. Stay away. You've been warned.

The place was clean but dont like all the pot holds there that can be fix.
