Working with Kate and Rapid-Fire IT has been an absolute game changer for our business. My hard drive on my business desktop started acting up. Rapid Fire IT installed an ssd and updated my network card since I have Google fiber now. Wow, what a difference. I was only able to download 150Mbps before. Now I am flying around the internet. Even when I run a test in my upstairs office at a 1 gig switch on the old ethernet port on the desktop, I am getting 787 Mbps download and when using the new ethernet card I am getting 832 down and 948 up. I had to go to my 2gig port downstairs just to check, and I got 1682Mbps down and 1136Mbps up. Thank you! You extended the life of my computer.
I needed some help with downloading and editing a video for a presentation. It was beyond my expertise so I asked Kate for some help. She knew exactly what to do and was willing to take the time to teach me how to do it. Now I have a new skill. Thank you Kate!
