When our server went down, the team at Rapid Technology Solutions swooped in like tech superheroes. Their response was not just fast; it was precision personified. RTS was the managed services provider for my business for 10+ years. Business was sold to a new owner in 2022. Four techs left RTS after their one-year contract with the new owner expired. Once we heard about the turnover (employees told us, not the new owner), we decided to move our business to a new managed services provider.
When I gave the new RTS owner 45-day notice about our decision to terminate services – we were only obligated to give a 30-day notice - he became furious. He claimed his former employees had stolen trade secrets and that he would be filing an injunction to stop our move. After that, he did nothing to help our new provider move our business for more than three weeks. At first, he wanted time for a “forensic audit” to prove his former employees stole trade secrets. Then, he wasn't happy with our new provider’s transition process. Then, he didn’t have the time. I had to hire a lawyer to threaten legal action. Such a stressful experience.
RTS has been providing us with excellent service recently. The new tech assigned to our account has been doing an excellent job. I am happy to say our systems are working efficiently without the constant interruptions we've experienced with previous consultants. Our systems have never run as well as RTS has them running. I highly recommend RTS to anyone wanting a reputable tech firm that will go above the call of duty with expert and up-to-date tech advice and service.
