Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a boutique! The girls who work there are so sweet and immediately started talking to my son and offered him a lollipop (or two). I will be a life long client with them based solely on that (plus they have really cute clothes and accessories!). A small town hidden gem that you must check out. There is a reason this store has 5 star reviews for days. The ladies there are truly so sweet, and treat you like a friend the minute you walk in their door. Not to mention, the clothing is always so beautiful, unique, and high quality. RAOK will always be a hometown favorite of mine. ❤️
Went in with my daughter to find a dress for my anniversary photo shoot. My daughter has a behavior disorder and acts out quite frequently. She was tired and in new settings get very anxious and rude towards me. When this happened the ladies were so kind , offered her a treat, and even helped me shop! I found my perfect dress and definitely will be back to shop more. Beautiful store with beautiful kind hearted women. Thank you ladies for helping this stressed out momma find what she needed despite a cranky child 💕
I LOVE shopping at RAOK. Customer service is top notch from Brigitte and her extremely friendly staff. You feel like you are visiting friends when you are here. Such a blessing to me. I also enjoy their live Facebook fashion shows every Wednesday. It's a great way to see new products in such a fun way!
RAOK has something for everyone-including baby gifts! Each time I visit the boutique, I feel so welcomed by the staff. They will help you find the perfect item each time. Clothing is super cute and fits many sizes. Jewelry, purses, shoes, gifts etc are all available. They gift wrap too! The ladies who work here are wonderful and have yet to steer me wrong. The first time I went in with low expectations. Nothing would fit me (I'm almost 6' tall and wear a size 16), nothing would be in my budget, and of course I thought for sure I wouldn't have anyone willing to help me. The exact opposite is true! Walking through the doors is like walking into your best friend's closet. If your best friend wears your size and loves unique prints, trendy styles, and the softest t-shirts you've ever worn (and has like 3477532 times more space than my closet). It's been almost a year since I discovered this magical place and I still can't help but gush.
I live in Brandon and don't get over to Plant City often however if you haven't had the pleasure of having Brigitte help you find the perfect outfit, you are truly missing out! In a world where businesses eliminate the personal touch, you will find a place that makes everyone feel important regardless of how much you're spending.
