Hole in wall see day light coming through bugs everywhere looked like termites at all the wood on the baseboards holes in the concrete as he entered the door, shower stall, terrible horrible never seen anything like this. They need to shut them down.

Staff is great. Glad I had the opportunity to get to know them. A little pricey wish they had a monthly rate would definitely consider making it a long term home if it was affordable with my budget. Has a real feel of being home while staying here.

Amazing service. They are great! Room had two rooms and a kitchen with dining table. Great for workers! I loved our stay here. Will be staying again if any rooms are available.

We have an extended stay. The rooms are clean and bright and the kitchen is great and saves us a lot of money on take-out. The staff goes out of their way. They are constantly making improvements. It is a very friendly environment, especially with the common area grill and cornhole.

The owners are amazing and truly want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Can not recommend this motel enough! Very clean and a safe and family friendly environment. Looking forward to stopping back in on another trip!

The new upgrades to the rooms are GREAT! New EVERYTHING!!! They had wonderful customer service. The property manager, Kelly, was very attenative to our needs, and she was so professional yet down to earth. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Ranchouse Motel if you need a room anywhere near Buckeye, AZ

The manager was very nice for receiving us at 3am after a long drive from California. The units are apartment style and the price is right. However, as soon as I walked in I was worried about the cleanliness and the health of my infant daughter. The chair by the front was covered in black stains, the once white linoleum floor was a rainbow of different colors. We slept on top of the comforter and used our own blanket. I touched as little as possible. I was given the last available room so maybe it is the worst one?

The location is convenient for us, the rooms are filthy. Management is not bad, the wifi sucks. The laundry service is very expensive $2 to wash and $1.75 to dry for 45 minutes. Literally you have to wash the bedding when you get here because they don't wash it too well.
