Im sad the T Mobile store was closed they had great employees unlike the terrible T Mobile on Carmel Mtn. This vons is also great and i live in 4S Ranch so the Cotia Mexican restaurant also Rocks as The Barrel restaurant.
Community shopping center with essential stores and shops: supermarket, drug stores, restaurants, coffee, pastries, bank, telcom, fast food, dentists, vets, etc. New, easily accessible, lots of parking, centrally located and away from busy on- and off-ramps.
This plaza has a little bit of everything. their biggest store, i believe, would be vons. There used to be a ride aide, but it'd completely closed. There is two banks in the plaza, chase & bank of America. Plenty to eat & shop including beauty spas & telecommunications stores like spectrum. Why I don't give it 5 stars is because there is very little pedestrian walkway.
A plentiful plaza with a little bit of everything. It can get very busy around mid day to evening and there is never enough parking, but if you are willing to walk it'll work fine. Banks, cosmetics, retail shopping areas, a wide variety of cuisine from burgers and beer to mexican and sushi.
The biggest flaw in this shopping center is...the people who park here. My car has been dinged so many times that I have to either park between two parking spots, or at the very end, cushioned between two curbs and one spot, my tire rubbing against the curb, to avoid coming out to more scratches. Suburban folks tend to have an affinity for hitting cars and not leaving a note or anything. I've worked in this plaza for two years and change and I've garnered more scratches and door dings here at this plaza than I have my entire life of driving and travelling the entire country.

They have a variety of stores in this strip mall. Parking can be a challenge especially during lunch time though.
Went to the Jack in the Box. Restaurant was dirty, employees were not very helpful, the food was terrible and expensive.

A great high-end mall. The whole place is very modern and upscale. The food courts have amazing selections of food. Highly recommend going and checking out the whole place. And if you're looking for something to do, they have an ice rink.

Best strip mall in near radius, a variety of munchies at Ralph's, a postal service place, laundry center that is clean and modern, like 5 restaurants and a Coldstone creamery next to Woodfired pizza, no drama, good parking, family friendly. Fosho.

Many restaurant's-free parking-Elijah's is my favorite. The best hot pastrami sandwich, I have ever had. Lots of choices, big portions. Also, they have a nice party room available for events.
