Rancho Motel - Motel in Ontario - 1440 W Mission Blvd, USA

I request you all with folded hands that no one should buy this motel,it has a lot of cockroaches in it and Air Conditioner it does not work as well, it is better to spend $10 more because it is better to live on the street than living in this model,

I request all of you that no one should buy this model, its restrooms are so dirty that it cannot be used and there are so many roaches inside that no one can live inside it

I NEVER write reviews but this one needs to be written. I booked for 4 days, and when I got there I couldn’t stay in the room. 1) bugs all over 2) mold on the walls and ceiling 3) used cigarettes over the floor 4) cigarette smell is very strong 5) when I turned on the TV, the first thing that came on was explicit adult content. Tried to get a refund, but they refused to give me any sort of refund or to make anything right. It’s not like the place was cheap enough for me to look over all this, it was still $70 a night. Do yourself a favor and spend $10-20 more per night and stay somewhere else I had to leave the same night to another hotel because there was no possible way I could stay there. Also, it’s very unsafe. Lots of crack heads and drug addicts. DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY

The people that run that run the place are very rude, they will yell at you and if you yell back they'll call the cops on you. They also are infested with giant water bugs. Mold and mildew in the shower filthy and horrible people. This hotel should be inspected and shut down

The staff is very kind and polite, the rooms are vintage. The housekeeping is superb. If you need a room for a night or two...

Location was alright but there was lots of roaches and the rooms weren’t even clean, filthy !! I let the manager know and that had told me to not leave a review and that they would “make it up for me” I had to leave and didn’t even end up sleeping at the room that night and never got my refund

I was here with my significant other and it was hot in the room it looked like someone had been in the room earlier the shower was used for sure bc the shower was all wet and the floor was wet and there is no window screen in the bathroom so anything can come In as in rodents wise and then there was bugs i don’t know what type of bugs but it was a big bug and at the moment I want to leave so badly honestly it need a makeover and no one should go here I wish someone health department or something should honestly shut it down if you don’t want to get sick or worse

This place was one of place,s that helped me an my better half out they have good hearts and there good ppl learned a couple words in India chapi. Key much love
