Rancho Grande Restaurant - Mexican restaurant in Olive Branch - 4860 Bethel Rd, USA

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for years. Whether dining in or grabbing lunch to go and heading back to the office, they never disappoint. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. The chips are warm, and the salsa is perfect (not too hot, not too runny). I’ve had many different menu items, but my go-to meal for lunch is simple… Eduardo’s Quesadillas! They are delicious!

There's absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place! The food is authentic and the margaritas are the best I've ever had! You won't be disappointed!

The food is delicious! The drinks are strong and tasty! The Coronarita is really good! The staff is really nice and very efficient!

As always, 1 undeserved star, this place is not good. I went one time and order the tostadas and they were all soggy. I ask the waitress to bring me something else and she just walked away. 2nd time I order the "wanna be" enchiladas and they were not only nasty but they robbed me. I was supposed to get 3 and it was only 2 on the plate and all in pieces. I will never go back to that restaurant. Then I ask the cashier for some salsa and she said I have to pay extra, they only give salsa with specific plates. A terrible experience in here. I'm Mexican, you can't sell that to me as what they call "Real Mexican Food." And to top all this up, the food is salty, over salted

I was passing thru on business. Being from Texas i normally dont get Mexican from out of state. But their place was excellent! The food had great flavors and spices. Salsa was fresh and the queso delish. Service was fast. Met the owner and he was a nice guy. Christian and Vera who sung bluegrass instead of Mariachi was a great additik amd super nice folks. A simple dinner turned into a great night meeting new people. Give a try

Let me start by saying I go here OFTEN! (More so the southaven location to be exact) and order the same thing everytime! ( monster nachos: no beans, guacamole, mushrooms, or sour cream). Today I went and once I got home and finally began to eat I realized it was loaded with beans. I call the restaurant back and ask for a remake , which then they refused until i said i would just dispute the charge because i simply wouldn’t be eating it. After that being said , I was told they would remake it. I finally get home yet again and this is what I received. I feel like the entire staff and restaurant played a clear joke that was not funny at all. 0/10 I will never return to this unethical location again!

I really hope the owner/manager can fix this because overall I like the food and even though the prices have gotten high the service has suffered. Many times (at least 6 different occasions, different days and different times) I call to place an order and the phone is off the hook for extended periods. I guess the staff just decides they want a break and don't want to take any more orders but you would think the management would put a stop to this. Almost every time this has resulted in me going somewhere else which I think is why they do it but it does seem odd to me that the owner hasn't caught on. At this point I'm going to start looking for alternative Mexican food down the road and see if they have less trouble answering the phone.

It would have 5 stars if I hadn't found three pieces of steak in my vegetarian fajitas. The server was great. The food tasted good.
