Ranch Motel - Motel in Colorado Springs - 3900 N Nevada Ave, USA

Stayed here for two nights while on a vacation road trip with my folks and touring around Colorado Springs. It was the summer of 1971. No kidding. The place was recommended in the Mobil Travel GUIDE. Whole lot different than today that’s for sure. Pool was open and clean and had the same view of Pike’s Peak. Owner had a cafe and we ate there. Even back then the owner had to roust and toss some bikers out in the middle of the night.

I will miss this place when we leave. Awesome atmosphere. Great neighbors, and the manager is great as well. He helps make you feel right at home and treats you like family. He is also working very hard to remodel the place a little at a time. If anything goes wrong, he is eager to get it fixed right away. I wouldn't want to stay at any other motel around.

This place us amazing and I love it here. It's not perfect but it's definitely worth the price you pay. The employee here is so sweet and has the greatest personality. I am gonna miss it here regardless of where I go

What have been here for a month now, so I have in some of m my own stuff. Like the coffee maker, the books on the wall, etc.. For living in a hotel it's pretty cool, no bugs, no nice, no phone in the room; which I think is awesomely fabulous! Solid price for weekly rates! I love it!

The remodelled rooms are quite a vast difference from the trashier rooms I remember a friend paying for 10 years ago: however, the prices reflect the differences in quality. There are only a coupleof rooms that haven't been updated, and hence, completely remodelled, as of December 2019. The place has been cleaned up from the outside appearance, to the quality of customer service, & finally to the people who reside there! New management's latest improvements include cleaning up trash on property, doing fire mitigation, repairing the fence, and removal of broke down vehicles.

The staff are friendly here and they make sure you're comfortable. The rooms aren't the nicest, but they're worth it for the price.

I heard this sirens the first two days cleaning my room just so I would feel comfortable enough to shower and sleep here. I'm shocked there are no Biggs considering how disgusting it was. I did go buy a Brings bar for the door as well too feel safe and know that no one could just come/break in. However even though I was charged higher than what other people I know have been charged.. for the prices of a week and the privacy it kind of evens out.

My husband and I love this place our room is huge, we feel safe and it's so quiet...staff is friendly, she empathized with what I'm currently going through in my personal life, even brought me a recovery Bible. People need to stop being so negative and if you're feeling like you're being done wrong you're probably DOING SOMETHING WRONG!
