My Name is Mike Smith and I'm a veteran and have been here 3 yrs. I Have no complaints about this place, because I've seen the improvement that the Owners, Manager and staff are doing to improve this place, and with the manager we have now, the place is getting better and better each day, and it's great for veterans because we're right across the street from the VA Hospital very convenient, If you mind your business and don't cause any problems, you want have any problems, some of us who are here with no family down here kind of look after each other, The New Owners have really cleaned this place up from where it use to be about 7 yrs ago and the new manager is awesome polite, courteous, and very Respectful and the maintenance people are great, like if there is a problem, they are Johnny on the spot, Right on it, So Thank y'all for the 3yrs. You have allowed me to be here, I know at times i can be a handful, but Thank you for your tolerance and keep up the good job of Renovating the place room by room!!! Mike Smith

I've been here for about a month now the workers here are awesome,shotout to the cleaning lady Rose Everytime I see her she working ,I work 12 hours shifts she must be working more then me cus wen I'm off I see her still working God Bless her and somebody needs to give her a raise,Latoya front counter lady is awesome as well easy to get along with,very professional also needs a raise ,I'm enjoying my stay it's been great,Fun and Real shoutout to the maintenance guys Mike ,CJ , them guys works awesome as well fixing these room and making them up to date being as best of service to us Guest y'all keep up the Great work Ranch House-Moses

I will never stay at this hotel again! Not only is the hotel run down and outdated, but this hotel has roaches and bed bugs. As soon as I checked into the hotel, (and I hadn't even unpacked my suitcases yet) I sat in a chair in the room and got bit a few times by bed bugs. I thought I had gotten bitten by mosquitos because I had the door open for a few minutes when I arrived, even though I never saw any mosquitos. Well, a few minutes later I saw two very tiny bugs crawling on the floor and didn't know what they were, so I stepped on them and kicked them away. Then I was about to sit on the chair again and that's when I noticed all of these same bugs crawling on the chair, which turned out to be bed bugs. I literally counted like 20 of them crawling on the chair. When I first sat on the chair, there were none on the chair. I guess when I sat on the chair, I disturbed them, and they all came out from inside of the chair. Keep in mind, this was during the day, and I was told bed bugs don't come out during the day, but these do. Well... I went to the office window and told the female manager that was working that there were bed bugs in my room and that I would like another room. Her disrespectful response was "How are there bed bugs in your room when we just put in a new bed?". I told her the bed bugs aren't in the bed, they're in the chair. So, she put me in another room. In the new room I saw a bed bug on the floor. I went back to the lady manager and told her the hotel is infested with bed bugs and I would like a refund. She replied with an attitude and told me that she has put me in another room they just renovated so how can that room have bed bugs too, and that she was NOT going to give me my money back!". I didn't exchange words with her because I let God handle bad people. I just went back to the room and anxiously waited for check-out the next morning. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! Do not stay here!

My name Timothy k Zimmerman usmc I had to be grandchild's menu many times and shouldn't shirt girl. They're traded just very, very nice and very good, my sister is gone now and I am going to no journey and a new life. I'm wasting over clever now, there was problems. But it was you to be pretty worthless girl. You have to be a good little bit louder and it's OK. That was a home to me and my sister Android. She's gone now and I'm on a marathon. I hope you're all going buy now. God bless you all and thank you very much.

I will never stay here again. I had to sweep the floor myself because it looked as if it had not been swept in weeks. Went to use the restroom, but there was urine, yes i said urine all over the toilet seat, on the back of the toilet and all the way up the wall. Luckily i had a huge bottle of sanitizer. So, i sanitized the entire bathroom myself but also put paper all around the seat before i sat on it. Did i mention the urine all over the bathroom floor as well? Yes, absolutely disgusting. I have never in my life stayed at a motel that was that bad, unclean!! This was room #107 by the way. I think the one and only thing in that room that was clean, was the bed. I am not exaggerating not one bit, the worst motel room ever. I'm pretty sure they judge people and give you the kind of service and room according to how they judged you. For example... If they see you as a person with money, they will treat you very nice, give you one of their few top notch, very clean rooms with excellent service but if they see you as a person that doesn't have much money, they are going to give you one of many disgusting rooms and the worst service ever.

The place is dated and could use some work. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are priced right with cable TV. Also very quiet and on the same power grid with the VA Hospital across the street. So they didn't loose power when the ice storm hit.

This is a great place. They have the greatest maintenence man of all time. Excellent service.

Nice budget hotel with rooms and ovens and they are currently renovating and updating the property so it will continue to get better in the future. Nice hotel and they have apartments also. They also have laundry on site.
