Ranch House Cafe - Breakfast restaurant in De Queen - 208 E Collin Raye Dr, USA

This is a classic old town style southern country cafe! I ordered the Hamburger steak with loaded mashed potatoes, it was excellent. The brown gravy had excellent flavor to complement the beef. The service was extremely quick. They had a good selection of other options too! I highly recommend trying them out!

1 - great service 2- honey butter chicken biscuit is HUGE and tender 3- eggs and sausage with toast combo was simple but good. Nothing fancy, just perfect as it is. (Only critique is the “over easy” eggs came out on the hard side) 4- ham steak is thick 5- coffee is hot and you get refills 6- bathrooms are clean 7- prices are fair 8- hash browns are crispy 9- tables were clean and had condiments on them 10- extra paper towels on the table if you’re messy like me I would go again and again!!

Had grilled fish over rice with beans and fries. So good. My husband had a burger and by the time I had peppered everything and took my second bite of fish he was done with it. 😒😂 he said it was good.

Great place. The food was good. My husband loved his. However, I got the burger on sourdough... I order sourdough bc I don't eat sugar, and sourdough isn't supposed to have any sugar. But my bun was so sweet it made me nauseous. I'm assuming they slather them with honey butter (please correct me if I'm wrong), which not only defeats the purpose of sourdough but was not disclosed. If you sweeten a savory item, please disclose it to your customers.

Traditional cafe - breakfast all day, homemade cakes, great chicken fried steak and hamburger steak. Fried okra and sweet potato fries are really good. Very reasonable prices. Friendly wait staff

Down Home Country Cooking and that small town feel. The fried pickles are to die for and the Philly cheese steak ain't no slouch. The sweet potato fries still have the skin on them, so weren't my favorite but they weren't terrible. The staff is friendly and food comes out hot and quick.

AMAZING FOOD, AWESOME STAFF!!! Four of us ordered 3 different plates and they were so good, we were passing them around the table. Best chicken fried steak ever!!! All day breakfast. Amazing food. WILL Return.

I remember eating here growing up and I always thought the food was pretty good. I took my mom here the other day while visiting and we got the chicken fried steak. It was bland with no flavor whatsoever. No seasoning, none. Same thing with the mashed potatoes. Talk about having to add loads of pepper and salt to make it edible. And a poor excuse side of corn that seemed more like a sample. I get portion control but for corn? Really... We also got the chicken strips. And the same thing. Bland. I mean Where's the seasoning? We got the same sides so it comes out to being the same. We're not light eaters and when we can't finish the plates. It says a lot. I'm sure there's people who like it here. But man was it awful. Disappointing as usually these types of establishments are the best.
