I can't express how grateful I am for the kindness and professionalism of the Extended Stay staff! I have been here for six months due to personal circumstances and Tamid, Juan, Pete, Cynthia, Sharif, Teek, and Araceli have all gone way above and beyond to ensure I am safe and comfortable. My room is always immaculate and the staff treats my dog Icky like family. which is most important. They go above and beyond for us and I am eternally grateful. And no, I am not related to anyone who works here! I truly couldn't ask for more and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family members.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The clerk was very rude and kept asking personal questions and acted as if he wouldn’t rent us the room unless we answered. Room smelled like smoke. Comforter had plenty of stains. 0/10 would recommend

Very noisy, The rooms are located next to the highway with no sound barriers...

I will never come back to this place again. It is not the cleanest, there’s a cheap lock on the door, the bolt is broken. The plastic gray couch is broken and cheap, the microwave was not cleaned out. The door to the bathroom is filthy you can see all types of debris on it. The lamps are dirty. I think they make the money from the day rates. Any place that offers day rates stay away from. Very sketchy people, the room next-door is playing some loud music. If you don’t care about your safety or hygiene you’ll be a welcome guest.

Decent price, pay for what you get, a simple room. However, I asked non smoking and they gave me a room that recent reeked of cigarettes. I asked the front desk for a new room and they said they can offer me an air freshener…

First, his room smelled of smoke. It made me sad that I woke up, I couldn't breathe. Everything in the room smelled of strong smoke. Secondly, the room didn't have a refrigerator and a lot of things. Thirdly, the mattress and the pillow had hair on them. If I want to open the window, the street is loud

Don’t stay here. They offer Por* on the tv for free. Had stuff from previous guest still in the fridge. There’s a window with a view of the shower from your bedroom, creepy. God awful smell from the bathroom after checking in, asked to change room and the young girl had an attitude and said “we already used the room” so they couldn’t give a new room. Got a new room after talking to someone else and there’s a bowl catching water under the sink, flooding the whole bathroom. No wash cloths, towel rack held up my duck tape. Roaches and spiders, also very weird guest.

Don't judge this book by its cover! Super clean on the inside, seems like a lot of the inside has recently been redone/remodeled/given a facelift! Tile throughout, HUGE shower(but with no shelves?..so everything had to go on the floor or vanity), minor wear and tear but nothing detrimental. For a small place, they've packed just enough character into the room so it definitely doesn't feel like you're staying in a small highway motel. Would recommend!
