I actually sorta love this little hotel. It is homey and quaint. It is pet friendly and the staff is very nice. If you need anything, just ask. The pool was the perfect temperature and crystal clear. Our shower was great and the water pressure was awesome. I wish the WiFi was a little stronger signal and that there was an elevator, but other than that it was a cute little place and I would absolutely stay here again.

I was surprised how clean the room was upon entering and how helpful the staff were. It was super hot yesterday and their air conditioner ran cold and keep us cool. The eoom was affordable which who doesn't love. Enjoyed the experience here and the stay in Ramona. We will definitely come back again.

Worse than any motel 6 and way more expensive just save your money and go to Julian and by the way our microwave was sparking and about to catch fire and we called the front desk to get a different one and all they had to say was we were lucky to have even got one when we paid extra just to have a microwave and mini fridge. What a way to make someone feel welcomed 👍

I would avoid staying here. Came into town for a wedding and when we checked into our room the sheets had stains and crumbs. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and our kids feet were black after walking barefoot for 5 min within the room. Parking lot was tiny and full so I had to park a block away on a dark street hoping the vehicle would be in one piece the next morning. The next day the keycard wouldn't work in our room. Just a bad experience all the way around. I showed pictures to the front desk staff when I went and asked for a new set of sheets. There was no apology or attempt to make things right, just “give me 20 minutes”

We stayed last night as we arrived for check-in we got to the room and the table was not clean it was sticky and floor was dirty the microwave was dirty and also the fridge, the bed has crums and the wifi password didn't work I called the front desk no answer the shower pressure was week. The hotel use to cost only $89. But for $ 140 a night and the room was not clean right is not worth it for the price. And the check out time is at 11 am and at 8 they knocking and 20 min they come back knocking again just to ask if your checking out. That's not right for them to do that. Knock at 10 is understandable but at 8 am is disrespectful we feel rushed by them. Like I said for $140 a night we feel it's not worth it the way they made us feel

I've stayed at the Ramona Inn Hotel several times. One thing always stands out in my mind and that is the service provided by Alex at the reception desk.|What great service he provides. Alex shows not only professionalism in his dealings yet welcomes me with a big smile. His kindness and helpfulness makes it every time a very pleasant stay.

The place is a little more run down than I remember. Cleaning staff was not as vigilant as in the past. Torn up ceiling access tile in my room. Grounds could be cleaned more thoroughly. Looks like it is an extended stay place now. Disheveled guest smoking outside every day.

The Ramona Valley Inn is a joke. We used their website to reserve a room. Upon arrival we tried to check in, provided the confirmation, and were told they did not have a room for us. We drove 6 hours to get here and ended up with no place to stay. Staff did not offer a solution or even an apology.
