We had the pork bun, pork dumplings, Beef miso ramen (option C with beef), the Wafu shoyu (option A with chicken), & the kara-age rice bowl (fried chicken). The ramen noodles were thick and good portions. Soup was delicious without being too salty or crowded by ingredients. Chicken was perfect but when we ate it for leftovers a few hours later, the texture was weird lol, nbd. Can't wait to come back, this will be a family staple moving forward.

The ramen is made with pork and chicken broth.. unless you get the vegetables one.. which really didn't have a taste. The chicken bun was great tho.. just not a fan of the ramen

The food was good. I would suggest if they deliver food in the basket they put parchment paper so that the food doesn't poke through the basket. Other than that health issue everything else was great!

Ramen Tsubaki is another great Ramen Shop in Fayetteville. Simple and Sweet is the theme here. The menu is small but everything on it is going to delicious and authentic. Great place for a quick bite to eat! P.S If you want some spice added just ask to make it spicy

We were heading to Washington DC and stopped for lunch, I googled it but no high hope since we were in Japan for 7 years before. When we arrived, we saw chef wasn’t a Asian(stereo type :) lol), so bummer. Once we ordered and received ramens. They were good. They were like the one we used to eat in local in Japan. Wow we definitely enjoyed.

I absolutely love this place!!!! Dont expect a block of cheap dry noodles like youd get from Walmart. Everything is fresh and the dough is made in house for the noodles and buns. The broths are so delicious. And the portions are very filling. Every time I come to Fayetteville, I try to make my way here. Theres only a few types of Ramen so I reccomend trying them all to see which style is best for you. The gyoza are amazing and the stuffed buns are excellent too! Dont for get to get some Boba tea as well!!!! Hard to go wrong if you like Ramen.

This place is always our go to for a nice bowl of ramen on a cold day, or just for comfort food. Super yummy and the wait time is non existent! Try the pork dumplings, or pork buns

can’t believe I’m writing this about ramen tsubaki with how popular it seems to be. We ordered several things and they were all pretty mediocre especially the spring rolls, pot stickers and chicken and pork buns. I kept noticing this weird black and rust colored stuff in my lettuce which I’ve never experienced from a restaurant before. I just ate around it and let it be even though it was on several pieces. Then I was served my kara age chicken bowl, ordered one for my daughter as well. I ate a few pieces of chicken and started to stir it up when this cut piece of raw chicken showed up. We immediately told them and left. My husband said his ramen wasn’t even that good so he didn’t mind leaving. My stomach is currently having sharp pains and I feel so disgusting 🤮 I feel like the number one rule is don’t serve raw chicken especially when they cut it up and it was clearly visible. There were only three or four other tables so they weren’t that busy either. I remember going here once before a couple years ago and after eating my stomach was having sharp pains immediately 🤢
