Great service and atmosphere. Food came quickly and tasted great. We arrived pretty late so they only had vegetable stock but they were upfront about it and it was still quite good! If you plan on dining in on a Friday or weekend night arrive at least an hour and a half before close! There is almost always a line to get in and you want to make sure you’re there when everything is available! To-go orders are still available though and can be much easier.

My first time here. I visit Louisville usually once a year. I'm surprised I haven't been here before. There was a line with a decent wait pretty early on a Tuesday, and the line was even longer when I left. Be prepared to wait. The wait is inside though. The spicy bulgogi buns were great. I could have had a little more spice, but the flavor was great. I liked that they crisp the outside of the soft buns to give them some texture. The buns were also slimmer than others I've had, which helped with the balance of bun to filling. I got the spicy miso tonkotsu ramen, extra spicy, with cha shu pork ordered extra crispy. It was perfect on a very cold night. It was definitely spicy, and also full of flavor. The broth had slight thickness to it. Not watery. The only slight bummer for me was being stuck on the end of the bar table facing the very cold window. It made sense since I was alone, so it was nice that the broth was hot and spicy. I definitely recommend it. Hopefully I can come back in the future and try more of the menu.

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service from all the employees. Food is best been a loyal ramen house customer for 3 years now and I will keep going. I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed if you love comfort food this is the place to be.

Prepare to wait +30 mins, approx 60 mins on the wknds. Was it worth it? YES. Great atmosphere, quality food, and prompt service. I was surprised how open and comfortable the dining area was considering the size of the restaurant. Food came out fast. Again, WORTH IT! Ordered Hell. Heat level was tolerable, could have been Spicer, but def enjoyable and hotter than the basic spicy miso.

I've been here three times, and have yet to be disappointed! I went there with my date and started with with spicy garlic edmame - perfect if you're someone who likes a flavorful appetizer that isn't too filling. I would also recommend their hot house sake, great for the price. I'm one for spice, and opted for the spicy miso tonkotsu ramen with added sprinkle of green onions. The onions really give it that little something extra! The price is a little bit on the higher end, for the seemingly casual style and theme of the restaurant. However, the food is really where you get your money's worth!

I cannot explain to you how amazing this meal was. We got a strawberry soju to start which if anyone doesn't know about it you need to try it! Then I got the tonkotsu pork ramen with my pork extra crispy and corn. My mom and boyfriend got the spicy miso pork and the hell spicy miso pork. It was just wow. Best ramen I have ever had and best pork I've ever had. The reviews and hype are real! Our server was knowledgeable and helped us figure out the menu. And the ambience of this place is so cool, the check comes in a manga book, I mean how cool is that. Definitely check this place out next time you're in Louisville!!!

I’ve been here last year so many times. When I come back this year, everything still tastes amazing but the Hell Spicy Tonkatsu ramen isn’t as spicy as last year so I had to asked for more chili oil and chili powder. Sadly, they also took Unagi off the menu as well.

I usually get take out, and it's always good, but this time we dined in and the waitstaff was amazing! There was a short wait but once we were sat, everything came out fast and tasted delicious. We'll definitely be back! Try the spicy pork belly buns, you won't regret it 🤌
