The ramen was amazing, the vegetarian miso soup was nice and the noodle quantity was amazing. One meal is enough to feed two people and the workers there are friendly, and gave thing on time and listened to our request we added on the food. And the over all atmosphere was decent.
Went here for my lunch break. Received my food in a reasonable amount of time. It is a lil busy due to traffic of college kids. The ramen was so good just as I remembered from a few years ago. Glad to see them back open
So so yummy! Loved the whole dish. Broth was delicious. Egg was good too. Perfect portion size as well. And a perfect walking distance from NJIT!
Ramen Gami was always my go to spot during graduate school. I love that they have some food items not offered in other ramen places. This place had burned down for a while so I finally got the opportunity to taste their food, after more than a year. I dined in, which is self-seating, and ordered a spicy tuna roll and Shoyu Tokyo style ramen. The spicy tuna was actually spicy and had a little crunch to it, which I loved! The chicken in the ramen didn’t soak up too much of the flavor from the broth so it was ok to eat. Our server was really nice, and it was calm inside while we were eating . I’d go back again.
Update: Ramengami, you feel like home! Just came back from Texas and took my family with me. Just as amazing 👏 and was great seeing the owner again. You've earned 4 new fans in my absence. Waiting till the next time I come back to NJ. Every time I eat ramen, I compare it to Ramen Gami. Nothing matches up, not even years later after their fire. Hoping they open back up soon.
There is someone in the comments calling it a junk shop and saying they don’t use gloves and etc. I was there when it happened and he’s not even a customer. After speaking with the staff, here’s what really happened. He was a trial employee for the day, kind of like an interview for a job, and was not offered a position. He was compensated for his hours and when the managers said his transportation costs cannot be reimbursed, he got agitated and I guess made up lies? Rest assured the entire restaurant is very sanitary, uses gloves and follows all of the hygiene protocols set in place by the Health Department. It’s such a lovely place with great food, 10/10!
Decent ramen place near NJIT and Rutgers. Had tonkutsu with pork, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and egg. It was quite good. Also had agedashi tofu, silk soft and delicious.
Food is phenomenal for being in a college area. Service is excellent if you wish to stay in.
The LivFit team are working magic. For about 15 years I have been suffering from chronic pain. In only 3 months of working with Samantha and the other trainers, not only have I lost weight and gained stregnth, I am doing it without any pain. The trai
Really wasnât sure what to expect of this restaurant after knowing what the place was before they took over, but I was blown away. We came promptly as they opened and weâre seated right away. By 6 PM the place only had 3 tables open. The food was
This was a great stop at the end of our work day. What a nice brewery. The owner was so welcoming, gave great taste options for me to try and all of the tastes and the Belgian I had-- were excellent. My husband joined me and tried 3 IPA's, loved his
Amazing and delicious food! The portion sizes are worth the money. The meat is so tasty and grilled to perfection. The outside seating is perfect for a summer evening. I got the grilled skirt steak with rice and beans and plantains. It definitely met
This was a great place to enjoy a tasty meal before my flight. Sabine greeted me while I was reviewing the menu outside of the restaurant. Her genuine positivity and cheeriness were a breath of fresh air during a hectic day of travel, so I decided to
Not sure how I missed this gem. I drive past it everyday. Cute cafe. Good prices. Only complaint is the $3 orange juice that comes in the small tea cup, like Iâm not a grown adult. Other than that the fries were amazing and I donât even eat fries
Hidden gem. They're super friendly and super clean and super nice. They have some fantastic combinations of items to go on hot dogs. At first you might not think it but it's worth a try. Well worth the trip.
Very friendly atmosphere. The guys in there are really nice and they give lots of chicken as you can see by the photos. I didn't tell them anything other than I wanted a chicken platter, told them I want these vegetables and this is how much I got. I
My friends and I went to see Monica. Iâve come here several times before and have an amazing time always. From the acoustic, cleanliness of the whole entire venue with accessible parking and safetyâ¦.always a win.
It is a beautiful day on Easter Sunday. The park is packed with visitors. It is cherry blossom time. Traffic is crazy and finding parking is tough. We arrived in early afternoon. When we leave in early evening, there are still people arriving. There
