Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Waikiki - Hotel in Honolulu - 1830 Ala Moana Blvd, USA

Avions réservé seulement 4 nuits en début de séjour, pensant trouver un airbnb, mais au final nous nous sommes vite aperçus que nous n’étions pas si mal -rapport qualité prix- ! Nous y avons passé 15 jours.|Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, juste la rue à traverser pour aller au Hilton Lagoon (rejoindre la plage) marche le long de la plage de Waikiki, en plus à 3 secondes d’un arrêt bus (n° 20-23-42 ) -direct et idéal pour rejoindre l’aéroport, Ala Moana Center, Pearl Harbor, Don Quijote pour les petites courses meilleur marché que les trois ABC Stores ou supermarché tout à côté de l’hôtel.|Le personnel : accueil/femmes de ménage est extrêmement professionnel, charmant.|Avons occupé une chambre en étage élevé, donnant d’abord sur la piscine et le grand boulevard donc extrêmement bruyante (circulation + bruit infernal des vieilles climatisations) - privilégier donc les chambres donnant sur la rue de l’autre côté…. « légèrement » moins bruyante !!|La chambre d’un volume agréable, est vieillotte mais propre, la literie des deux lits était confortable, équipement : micro onde, réfrigérateur, coffre, téléviseur, fer et planche à repasser, bouilloire : chaque jour des dosettes : café, thé, crème, sucre.|Le ménage de la chambre et changement de draps peut être journalier, et à la demande. ||Au 2eme étage : une piscine très agréable -serviettes en libre service- (mais environnement bruyant) où nous pouvions y déjeuner ou dîner (plats acheté hors hôtel), ainsi qu’une salle de sport, et une autre pièce, avec à disposition gratuitement : machine à glaçons, de l’eau fraîche. A noter la présence de machines à laver et sèche linge, distributeur de boissons -payant-.|Le petit déjeuner est proposé en supplément juste dans l’allée de l’hôtel - le parking de l’hôtel est payant ((comme tout sur Honolulu).|Finalement avons apprécié notre séjour au Ramada -

We had a good holiday. Service was good and friendly staff. Rooms and air conditioning excellent value for money.||Except the shower, it had only one setting. Location was central and walking distance to the beach and the shops.

Got moved immediately when a couple of lamps didn't work. Clean and efficient daily housekeeping. Exemplary service. Wish they had breakfast and wish coffee in lobby but two breakfast places around corner and coffee in lobby. No ghastly "resort fee" and parking is awesomely convenient. A very good stay.

The reception check in and out was very professional and nice. location is easy to access public transit||Building is relative old, but clean. 2nd floor has a small swimming pool. Parking is extra 28 USD per night for a rental car. Breakfast is extra cost.

We loved our stay and would certainly recommend it to everyone. It ticks all of the boxes and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, a quick walk to the beach, it’s across the road from Goofy’s - good coffee, tea and food. Thank you for making our time with you incredible.

Stayed at the Ramada multiple times. Great location, friendly staff, the property is very clean, and overall a great place to stay. The rooms are great place to stay, the lanai is nice to hang out at all times, and have everything you need.

Ramada Plaza is a very nice place to stay. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. It was the first time we utilized Lyft and had no problems getting picked up at the hotel.

The staff were rude and dismissive the entire stay. Had multiple problems and they never resolved anything, but did threaten me and make me feel this was the worst hotel I’ve seen. Had to check out early so I could go to another hotel that cares. These people do not deserve your hard earned money and do not care at all about you having an enjoyable time. It almost seems to be their mission to make every guest miserable as though it’s a burden we’re spending thousands to employ these workers. Front Desk clerk Kalea glares at you when you enter and exit, and was aggressive daily. Jonathan Young the operations Manager is also dismissive and will tell complete lies to you. And Amy Tang is the poorest excuse for a hotel “leader” you’ll ever find, and she refuses to correspond with guests who contact her. Unacceptably bad!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
