I truly do not understand why this hotel has such great reviews when this place is a disaster. First I’m just going to repeat what everyone else is saying. The place is absolutely disgusting and the staff is so rude. There are flies and gnats flying all over the place including the food!! I almost bought a pastry before I noticed a gnat crawling on it. That’s just absolutely disgusting. Next, the only option for parking is valet which is $30 dollars a day. So when I checked in I paid $60 and everything was fine. The next morning the valet workers are accusing me of never paying the $60 and trying to get me to pay it again until I showed proof that I did pay. The guy at the front desk told me that the valet workers have no idea what they’re doing and are lazy workers. Well he was right. They broke off the plastic cover on the part of the drivers seat that adjusts the seat. When confronted they essentially said there’s no video proof so they won’t admit to it. We spoke to the owner of the hotel and he said the car is still drivable so he doesn’t know why we’re mad. So glad I paid $60 for valet just for them to break part of my NEW car. Last of all, the shower does not stay at one temperature. I tried to take a shower but the temperature would go from freezing cold to scalding hot all on its own. We ended up leaving a day early because of all these factors. I rarely write reviews but this was such a bad experience that I had to. Save your money and find someplace better.

The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. We were on a random get away and this hotel was affordable for the area and clean. One thing to note is that there is a separate fee to park at the time of my posting it was $30 a day. From talking to others this was cheaper than most hotels in the area they charge $75 a day. The hotel is directly on the beach and they also have an 11 foot pool. And a 3 foot kiddie pool.

Kelsy at the front desk is amazing. The staff is top notch. The pizza shoppe in the lower level is fantastic. They have salads, sandwiches, amazing pizza, and some yummy little garlic knots; that’s just what I tried while there. The stand pool side has friendly staff and food as well.|I saw multiple dogs so it seems to be pet friendly.|The view from my deck is gorgeous of the beach and water.|My room was clean. The hotel needs some updating and is a little on the worn side but I felt safe and enjoyed myself.

Nice location, with easy access to the beach. I however did not enjoy having a clogged toilet since the day me and my family arrived. I went twice to reception to ask them to send someone from maintenance but nobody showed up. We also were not offered a change of room which honestly that's what should have been done the second I brought up the issue.

Whitney & Beatriz provided the best customer service and gave us the best advise on restaurant in town. They were super amazing on taking care of us and helping us out with the room service and all. These ladies were amazing. I wanted to ask them how they were so knowledgeable but by then I was hungry and they subjected some food places in the mall. These women are amazing and I want to come here again when I can

My husband and I just recently staid on this hotel and we had a great experience. We were received by Beatriz on the front desk, she was very helpful and nice and made the whole process really easy. She was just amazing.

Considering this is a 3-star hotel, it's worth exploring other options if available. My 4-night stay was decent; I enjoyed a nice view of the ocean from the tenth floor. However, the AC needed to be set extremely low to maintain a comfortable temperature. The room came equipped with basic amenities like a microwave, silverware, plates, refrigerator, and sink, but the bathroom taps leaked and there was no air vent in the restroom, leading to moisture buildup and odors. Room service was prompt and provided clean towels upon request. Overall, the room was clean, with minimal smoking odors from adjacent rooms. The swimming pool wasn't overly crowded and offered decent seating for enjoying the sun and ocean view. Access to the ocean from the pool deck was a plus. Despite three elevators, wait times could occasionally be lengthy. The front desk staff were friendly, though it's important to keep in mind the hotel is a 3-star resort!
