Ramada Limited Cockeysville - Hotel in Cockeysville - 10100 York Rd, USA

Like most reviews could do with updating but my room was fine. (TV had issue lines running down right side of screen) but that being said bed was so comfortable. I slept great. Great location. Nice restaurants (Corner Stable amazing). I have to be back in the area in a few weeks so I booked again. Great Price.

It was nice. Pool deck needed cleaning. I picked up as much trash as i could. Chemicals need to be put away and not out in open. I put a shovel away that was near the 3ft so kids could not hurt themselves. Pool area just needed some attention. I spoke to a gentleman locking up the pool on Monday night about this but he didnt seem to care. All other staff was very nice. Bargain hotel.

This place is needs to be renovated their rooms. For the price that they charge you is not worth it. We had a clean dust off from off the bed ledge. The shower hanger was broken out from the wall it had big cracks in the wall. And it only been screwed into the wall. Is mold in the rooms and a refrigerator leaks. Water on the floor which look like some kind of mold. The door security lock is broken off. I was at room 250. Which had the bad smell and air conditioner was not working then they moved me to a room 224. Which smell better but that's the one that had broken refrigerator which he bought on the floor. And had the mold where you hang your clothes at. Coffee maker look like it hasn't been used and it had dust in it. The cups that you're supposed to drink out of was unwrapped they look like they somebody just took three out and put it in. Ice machine is in the lobby there's none on the floor that you're on you'll have to walk all the way to the front of the check-in to get ice.

Absolutely disgusting property. Room smelled weird. Bathroom was disgusting and unclean. Cigarette burns in blanket. Weather stripping on door was halfway gone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst place ever! I checked in, got comfortable just to look up and see 2 roaches crawling above my head. I went to the lobby to switch my room. The lady switched it so I then go to the new room. And there it was a dead roach stuck to the headboard. I then went back to the lobby and the lady switched my room again. I go to the new room, there wasn’t any roaches at the moment. I went to sleep for about 4 hours just to wake up and see another roach crawling on the headboard. The place is filthy. Carpet is dirty. Sticky traps full of dead roaches, holes in the wall, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. I checked out and demand a refund because I didn’t pay to sleep with roaches. A different lady said she has to wait for the manager to give me the refund and that she would call me. She hasn’t called back at all. DIRTYYY!!!

My son and I stayed here for a couple of weeks, as we are waiting for our apartment to get ready. I must say that it was in a great location, Walmart, Target, Food Lion, and ALDI's in walking distance. The Hotel is next to Chick-fil-A, my room was very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, customer service has become a lost art. It is interesting that the hotel and Chick-fil-A are next door to each other and both have great customer service.

The cleaning staff is overly aggressive, they don't know what no means and continue to try and clean the room when you've said no. Another incident, a random man came in my room without even knocking, just to tell me I needed to close my curtains all the way because of an inspection. Absolutely not! I paid for the room and I'll do what I want with my curtains, I had to tell him multiple times to leave. This hotel needs to do better. It has completely gone down hill and I will never come back to this hotel. Location is great, close to shops and restaurants.

Location was perfect, room was clean, spacious, well kept. No issues with check in or check out, everyone was super friendly.
