The room was hot. If you're in an area that is 120 degrees, you should pre-cool the rooms! The shower had one temperature; scalding. Truck parking is an extra charge... in cash. That seems shady to me. If I had a reservation that I could cancel, I would.

Great location, service & and a clean room. Management made all the difference. The service from the minute I walked into the lobby until I checked out. Amy checked me in and recommended a few places to grab a bite to eat and also gave me a room with the AC already ON and it felt so good! Room decor and smell was pleasant. Grabbed a To-Go breakfast on my way out. Will come back in the future.

I checked in, walked to my room. The cover of the AC was laying on the ground. I put it on turn the air conditioning unit to 61° and after 2 1/2 hours, I was sweating so bad I chose to leave this hotel the fan inside the bathroom did not work. The shower did not work correctly. I recommend if you’re thinking about staying at this location check your room first, but I highly advised that you stay at one of the hotels across the street because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Positive: Tv was nice, I liked having Comcast. Having a guide for shows is uncommon in hotels Negative: The paint on toilet, seat, shower peeling & looked dirty. The drain was plugged. Sink was dirty. The floor had dirt on it. Sheets had tears. On second day my key was turned off then office smelled like marijuana. It said free breakfast but nothing at all. Negative: ""

The room was not as clean as it should've been. The sink and the tube was dirty. There was hair in both the sink and the tub. The refrigerator freezer was so full of ice I was unable to use it. The following morning, I and my guest wanted to eat breakfast that is promoted on the website, but upon entry it's very noticeable that no food was being served. At 7:05 am I asked the receptionist at the front desk are they serving breakfast today. And I was told, I'll get it for you by the receptionist. When he returned I and my guest was handed to brown paper bags, inside it was a granola bar, a two pack of mini muffins, no fruit, no beverage, just that. Me and my guest left around 7:30am and went down the street to a hotel entitled Spring Hill Suites that we stayed in a few months previous to this, and ate breakfast for free. SO PLEASE THINK 🤔 ABOUT STAYING AT A BETTER HOTEL FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. because this hotel isn't the one to make great memories in. 🤢🤮. I left a photo of how the eating area looks now which is closed to all customers 🙃 reality versus expectations.

Place is a dump next to a sketchy strip club. Bathroom had water damage, and the tub wouldn't drain. Grease spots on the towels. Wouldn't have stayed but was stuck due to a late flight connection being missed. For $250 for a night this was appalling. Oh and the $155 nightly rate was absolutely misleading after all the fees were applied. Really disappointed and will make me question staying at any Ramada in the future. Was not expecting this garbage heap

We booked a king, was told when we got there that they were no longer available. Lampshade missing, water damage throughout the room and bathroom (mold in bathroom). No iron and Ironing board has no cover, my "warm" blanket had multiple cigarette burn spots. The other bed didn't even have a blanket, just a sheet. Our towels had stains. I get the impression they feel they can do whatever they want because it's the only "reasonable" priced place. The price was still high. No other services. No printer, water, coffee or any other basic thing available in the office. Spend the extra money and get something better than this hole.

Positive: Location. Negative: They photocopied my driver's license and my credit card. None of the amenities listed were available. The pool and hot tub were cold, hose temperature. There was no breakfast, there was a roll of toilet paper in the tissue holder for kleenex. Not good. Negative: ""
