Listen, there one man running the show. He was the only one when I got there till when I left. I stayed 3 days. The room was a complete filth. When I say dirty I mean dirty. I pulled back the sheets and there were footprints grease stains, hair, lipstick, and what I hope to be coffee stains. When I asked for them to be changed, he said house keeping would come. I asked at 10am came back to the room at 11pm nothing was done. It was disappointing. So I sent my husband to at least grab the sheets and I made the beds at midnight. While he handed us the sheets he said it’s getting kind of hard to get clean stuff for us when the place is full… well if your house keeper would clean you wouldn’t have this problem. I seen various people ask for sheets to be replaced. Oh and if you’re staying here to take advantage of the free breakfast… don’t. It’s not worth everything else. Car never felt safe being there were people laying around the parking lot.

I had just arrived from a flight from Honolulu and had not slept all night and of course was waiting for a long awaited rest! I was disgusted at first site! I got out of my car and went toward the entryway and there were 2 men smoking right there! I came to find out they were employees! The lobby was nice and Ryan the manager that greeted me seemed very polite! I walked into my room and was not impressed at all! The bathroom was very old and trying to take a shower that night was dangerous! There were 3 or 4 1 inch x 12 inch non skid strips only and no bar to hold on for safety, I had to sit on the tub edge so I could bathe and wash my hair without slipping! When I wiped up some water on the bathroom floor with the bath mat, I was disgusted to see how black from dirt it became! Went to pull back my covers on one bed and there were unidentified stains on the sheets, the other bed was okay, I was so exhausted at this point and needed sleep! I tossed and turned all night thinking that I may get bedbugs because of the condition of this room! I have never experienced in 25 + years, a Ramada like this except a Ramada in Spokane close to North Town....are you owners related? I immediately called my daughter in law and she got me an early check the next day at a Wyndham hotel LA Quinta! Never again will I stay in that Ramada and Wyndham needs to contacted! Sincerely, Faith L

Stayed a couple nights at this location. The check-in process was quick and easy. The first night was pretty good. The room seemed old but was decently clean. Woke up in the morning and couldn't get the water to run in the tub shower. Went to call the front desk and realized the phone in the room was broken and the handset sounded like a maraca. The room safe had been locked in the open position. I let the front desk know about those issues that morning and they said they would put a maintenance ticket in. I called in the early afternoon to see what the progress was and the person at the front desk didn't seem to know about the issues. Arrived back at the hotel that evening and nothing had been done. After playing with the tub faucet I realized it was extremely stiff and took a great deal of force to pull into the open position. Enough force that my wife had to ask me to help. I find myself not able to recommend this location to others.

FILTHY. We booked the two queen efficiency room for my family. We were just driving through town and were fine with booking a cheap hotel. I didn't expect luxury. But I have to say this is the filthiest place I've ever stayed. The efficiency rooms are basically small apartments in a different building. Despite the no smoking policy, the hallway smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty. When we got to our room we found literal human waste unflushed in the toilet. This leads me to believe that the beds were made in preparation for us, but that's it. The pull-out couch was broken and sat horrifically slanted. There were no sheets on the mattress, it was bare and stained. The cold water tap in the kitchen didn't work, we turned it and simply nothing came out. The bathroom door couldn't close because of how crookedly it sat in it's hinges. The floors have clearly not been cleaned in some time, which is especially evident in the tiled bathroom. A cheap room doesn't need to be fancy, but it should at least be clean. Don't book here. You can do better for the price, I promise.

No elevators here. Stairs only. Ryan, the manager checked me in. The process was decently smooth. He was accommodating when I needed to change rooms to 1st floor handicapped, even though I had booked it online (or so I thought). The bed was VERY comfortable but the walls are thin. Kept being woke up by passersby to my room. I was in room 117 at the end of the hall, near an exit door. I stay in hotels nightly because I travel for work. I would stay again when flying into or from Spokane.

Great hotel and staff. Very clean and quiet. The room was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The breakfast was great and offered something for everyone. We have stayed there a couple of times and it has been great.

The square footage, refrigerator, air conditioning, stove, and dishwasher were nice to have. However, this place was a filthy, squalid, cesspool. There were toenails on the ground, the couches were stained and greasy, there were used Q-tips on the ground, and there were spiders in our bed. The floor was so filthy with months of ignored grime that we didn’t let our toddler play on the floor. It turned his feet black after walking barefoot for only a few minutes. There was also a funeral program for a man named Kenneth who died in 2022 (sorry Kenny). I guess that this hotel is only cleaned every half-decade based on that evidence. We brought up the issues to management. They allowed us to inspect two other rooms, but they were equally disgusting. There were no other hotels in the area for less than $180 per night. Frankly, I’ve stayed in hotels in downtown Seattle where tenants were pants-less and high that were cleaner and cheaper than this dung pile. When I called Expedia, they offered me $25 in return. To be clear that is a less than a 14% return. The breakfast was suboptimal. They had the usual assortment of cheap, WalMart acquired carbohydrates. The workout room was a closet with a treadmill, an elliptical, and bike. Honestly, this is standard for most hotels, so I won’t take away any points for it; however, it is a little embarrassing that no one in the hotel industry seems to take pride in doing anything well. In addition to every other miserly hotel in America, this one pandered to the masses by stating that they would only wash and clean your room if you told them that you wanted it done. Of course, this is done under the specious auspices that they’re doing their part to “save the planet,” when in reality we all know that they’re simply parsimonious. In summary, I award the Wyndham Ramada no stars (apart from the requisite one) and pray that Heaven has mercy on its soul.

Location is a good base for the plans we had on the September long weekend. The room, however was filthy and although housekeeping was requested - they were not seen in the building even once the entire 4 days. We were provided rags to clean the rooms ourselves. The overhead light was burned out (not changed until 24 hours after advising), the bathroom outlet didn't work, the carpets were so dirty we put towels down to walk on. the wi-fi constantly dropped so the tv signal would be lost when trying to relax in the evening. The continental breakfast was sub-standard (eg. the pancake machine kept breaking so was not useable, the coffee was undrinkable) We stayed because there was no way to find reasonably priced alternate accommodations last minute on a long weekend. No compensation was provided although a reduced rate was requested. We will not be back and I don't recommend this location at all.

Best cup of coffee I've had in a very long time. Sorely disappointed at chain coffee shops. The Americana was to die for. It all begins with a good roast. If you are a coffee connoisseur this is the place to go. They also had a lovely holiday selecti
