Ramada by Wyndham Sellersburg/Louisville North - Hotel in Sellersburg - 360 Triangle Dr, USA

Needed a place to sleep for the night on our way to TN. This was one of the most affordable places near Louisville. Night time clerk was friendly, room was clean and modern, shower was hot, and breakfast was ok. Our kid was happy there was a waffle maker, and I had oatmeal which did have a nice toppings bar. Folgers coffee machine and coffee mate creamer was awesome! So much better than most hotel coffee. I also loved the mounted Dove shampoo, conditioner & soap dispensers! Only cons for me were parking lot was very small and we only found 1 spot open. The elevator and 3rd floor hallway smelled weird. I also would have liked more breakfast options. Like fruit options (there were only apples, was really hoping for a banana), more cereals, or hard boiled eggs. Overall though very happy with our stay!

Positive: The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was quiet and had everything that I needed for the night's stay. The experience was positive enough on the first night that I continued staying there two more evenings. Negative: Parking in front was a bit crowded but was limited by the design of the units.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean and the staff fairly friendly. I can't fault the breakfast, which was well stocked. But if you're seeing the hot tub still listed on the website, please know that it has been covered up (and had been about 3 weeks before our booking, according to the front desk worker). So don't pick this place if your goal is swimming (the pool was FREEZING) or relaxing in the non-existent hot tub. We were highly highly disappointed that we paid more for a hotel that didn't have all the amenities promised. Edit to add - in response to comment from owner - I'm glad your website now reflects that lack of a hot tub amenity, but it definitely did show it at my time of booking. You can see in previous reviews people mentioning the hot tub, so it did exist. I was told by the front desk that it had been gone about 3 weeks (plenty of time for it to have been removed before I booked). There were at least 4 other families who had come in expecting it. I don't appreciate your trying to make it look like I was expecting something that wasn't there.

We liked our room. This was the only hotel with affordable booking last minute on our way to North Carolina. Good environment for the kids, friendly staff, and good breakfast 😊. Would recommend- and the comments about the mold.. we saw NO MOLD. Thanks again!

I expected soooo much more from this place! We called to confirm the pool before booking... but when we arrived it was closed. Disappointing but not a complete deal breaker. But that was only the beginning 🤨we get to the room and there is a dehumidifier in it that's running... but I thought maybe it's the norm for this area. However, the room continued to stay warm/hot even with the a/c unit on. Then one of us takes a shower... (and because it's in the handicap accessible room 127, the shower is made differently) so when the shower was on and the floor bordering is not properly installed...it ran out of the ramp area and flooded the bathroom and into the hallway. Go figure! This is possibly why they had newer looking non-carpeted rooms and that's why it appeared to have clean floors and the dehumidifier running! Front desk acted as if no big deal, is happened before, and their solution was just to hand us 3 towels to clean the floor, definitely not enough! We received more towels and we requested to change rooms and they said only single bed rooms were available. We talked about it and then said we'd be willing to take it but then front desk said the manager said there was nothing they could do without charging us for another room, but we could probably get a discount... or we just need to wait until @6am when the manager/ owner would be in and then he can come look at the issue in the morning. So for now, front desk came to pick up the soaked towels and they gave us even more extra towels to roll up and lay on the floor so we can still take showers. And she also commented about how hot the room still felt as well. How ridiculous!!!! Never Again!!!!! I've never had issues like this at a hotel. Customer service phone number is closed after 11 pm but said to speak with front desk and maybe they can send us to a different hotel location.... this is at midnight!!!

Great value. Just outside of Louisville. Clean. Staff all very friendly. Great hot breakfast options. Gym is decent, has bike, treadmill, olyptical, full sets of kettle bella and dumbells.

We stayed here for the Archery Nationals. It was a great experience. The kids swam in the pool, it was close to Louisville (where Archery was) and the breakfasts were good. The staff were all super friendly and kind and always asking if we needed anything. It felt very personal even though the whole hotel was booked- awesome service! 4 stars bc there were some stains on the bedding, although they were obviously clean. We'll gladly stay here again!

We stopped here with our two children on our way to Tennessee. Rooms kinda look slapped together. They have been updated but can see a lot of mistakes done in updating or maybe just a poor job done. My main concern is THE POOL DECK. It is extremely slippery. Myself and my son slipped while just walking. Not safe at all. I’ve never seen a pool deck that slippery. I felt uncomfortable with them swimming in the pool, many parts were taped in the pool or moldy and it had the strongest chlorine smell ever. Our eyes all burnt just being in the room.
