The hotel is situated close to the highway, we initially received a room that had a problem. The desk front immediately solved it by assigning a better room, very big and very clean. The bathroom was very big as well. The fridge, TV and AC worked very well. The bed is extremely comfortable as advertised. The area is quiet. There is a Dunkin' Donuts and grocery within walking distance which is great. The staff is very polite and professional. We had a pleasant stay and we will book again.

Where do I start. This place has to be the worst place I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in there is a strange smell in the air. Not sure if it's mold or urine but it smells bad and old. Rooms are dirty specially the walls and carpet. The tub did not drain properly. The only decent thing was the bed but I wonder if they have bed bugs or other bugs because all of us had bites on our body one day after. One front desk employee in particular was very rude and did not care about our concerns. Stayed only one night but will never go back to this place.

If you wanted to pay to get lost, this is the place to go. It would be better to sleep in a corn maze. By far the MOST confusing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Felt like the hotel in The Shining. Narrow, creepy hallways. Room had stains all over it. You could tell they were trying to keep it clean, but their equipment must be from the 90s. Non-smoking facility, yet smells so strongly of weed we had to keep our shirts over our noses. They definitely need some sort of revamp.

Terrible Don't be fooled by the pictures. Apparently these are independently owned and some changes have been made to the decor since the photos were taken. The lobby is now dominated by a massive (around 8'), hideous, colorful marble vase. That money would've been better spent on room upgrades. The halls are creepily narrow, you have to walk single file (good luck getting around the cleaning cart) and the carpets are filthy. Our room was on a little hall leading to an outside door, convenient to the parking. However, despite signs on the door reminding you to make sure it is locked, it is impossible to fully close the door so it is never locked! The rooms are dated, worn and not at all like the pictures. Crowded with furniture that is poorly placed. Why is the TV on top of the cabinet that was designed for it to be in? Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave, but why is it in front of the window on an already crowded wall? Why is the headboard for a much smaller bed? The bathroom tub tap could not be turned off and was running the entire time, the toilet seat lid was damaged and askew, cracked tiles with a delightful (not) pattern that looks like balls of frizzy hair. Surprisingly, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. And, it was blessedly quiet. Website says the restaurant is open from 6:30 to 11:00 am for breakfast. In fact, it doesn't open until 11:00 am. Ridiculous. If you do not offer free breakfast the restaurant needs to be open. Honestly, I wouldn't be posting such a damning review if I had paid $85 to stay here on a weeknight, that's what it's worth. But after paying $220 for a Saturday night, I'm pissed. There is supply and demand and then there is price gouging. That may be financially effective in the short run, but check the Trip Advisor reviews they (unbelievably) post on their own website, and it seems it will not work out in the long run.

Where do I even begin? You definitely pay for what you get.||1. THE SMELL. The rooms and hallway smells like a cat box covered in cheap perfume. |2. The locks to the room were busted and could not be dead bolted from the inside. |3. The door to the outside that should have been locked was broken. So not safe at all.|4. The rooms were extremely dated, with furniture that is old and outdated. The carpets are filthy, along with the walls. Spiders were seen crawling along the walls in the middle of the night. |5. The staff seem to be living with multiple families in the numerous rooms marked “office” on the first floor.|6. The hallways are extremely narrow and only one person at a time can walk down it - squeezing if the cleaning cart is in the hall. |7. The cheap price brings in shady clientele.||Do yourself a favor and do not cut corners by being a cheapskate on a cheap hotel that is absolutely disgusting. 🤢

This property should be condemned. The carpets and furniture are as old as I am, if not older.. and it’s clear that the carpet has not been vacuumed or cleaned in some time. It was DIRTY. The mattress was concave, so uncomfortable. Some mystery substance stuck to the refrigerator/walls. The strangest, musty smell that could only be the mildew that’s all over the ceilings and walls, or the carpet. The exterior door doesn’t lock so literally anyone could just walk in to the property without a key. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

DO NOT DO IT!!!! REALLY!!! Hallways are dirty and smell with old carpeting. Attempts at cleaning were obvious but no amount of cleaning could help the old smelly carpet, bedding, and furniture in the rooms. The ac was not working, in our first room, adding to the dank moldy smell. The second room was slightly better except for the broken bed that rose on three sides when you sat on it. Mystery stains on the furniture. Ac worked but was stuck on the lowest fan and setting due to the control panel being GONE. Bathroom was the best feature and seemed more recently modeled than the room. Walls were thin enough to hear the people and dogs in the other rooms and thin enough to allow the fumes of heavy marijuana smoking and dog to infiltrate our room. Absolutely awful experience. Ramada should be ashamed to have it's name on such a place.

Run Down, Horrible Customer Service, Bed bugs, Moldy Bathroom, and Dirty. We arrived and parking lot was filled with trash. Our room had a bureau so beat up and missing a handle and another handle hanging off. Our bathroom was covered in mold and there was a pile of cereal on the floor. We asked to move rooms but they were full. We asked to speak to the manager but she was not there Saturday or Sunday. Monday I left a message for the manager to call me. Monday night the bed bug bites appeared all over my arms, neck, and face. The bed bug bites were large and very itchy! I immediately called at 8am on Tuesday and requested the manager and told the front desk what was wrong. The manager was not coming in (once again). I said the manager needed to call me immediately as I didn't want anyone in that room. I saw the doctor on Tuesday afternoon and she confirmed it was bed bugs and prescribed steroid cream. I also emailed the hotel front desk to ask again for the manager to call me. When no response on Tuesday from manager Wed I called corporate to report the bed bug bites and left another message for the manager. Friday I still had no response the entire week from manager! Corporate responded on Friday with a generic email telling me there would be no refund as "We have 24 hour front desk agents available to offer assistance like change rooms or send in housekeeping." I asked to change rooms due to mold but there were no open rooms. The reaction to the bed bugs happened after I left which is common to have a delayed reaction. I emailed back from this response showing all my pictures covered in bed bug. Finally the manager responded saying she was sorry she had not responded sooner. She also stated that the room had been checked by housekeeping and pest control for bed buys and there were none and that I was having an allergic reaction to their cleaning products. Everyone including the doctor agrees they are bed bug bites. And I only have the bites on the skin that was exposed while I was sleeping! 7 days later and still covered as it takes a long time to heal! Bed bugs can happen anywhere but the horrible customer service and dirtiness of this place makes me say Run!

Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The food came out fast, hot, and was just what we needed. I don't eat very much at all, due to weight loss surgery and the waitress never questioned that. I asked for a box to go and she was very pleasant.
