Ramada by Wyndham Richfield UT I-70 - Featured Reviews (335)
Just stayed at the Ramada in Richfield last night while in town for a mountain bike race. The staff and management were so helpful getting both our key cards to work. And they were very accommodating to let my son take a late shower after his bike race earlier today. The beds were very comfortable And it was very clean and very spacious room. The breakfast was delicious. Great location across from the park. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of their staff for sure.
The entire staff was very pleasant and treated us well. We didn’t have a reservation due to a conference being in town but Jaron took great care of us. We ended up having to stay an additional night and not only did they accommodate us, they provided us with a discounted rate on a room. Carrie was also amazing and very helpful. Everyone on the staff treated us with the utmost respect and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone traveling through Richfield. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We came here for a Wildfire 3 days ago. As Wildland Firefighters, occasionally we sleep in hotels for a night or two. I’ve seen a good amount of Hotels/Motels. After 14 - 21 days out there at a time, a bed is nice every now and then. I was surprised what it takes to make a four star hotel a five star stay. Honestly, it’s the experience and the people. That’s why I fight wildfires. It’s for the people, the communities, and for the Earth, that connection. They have made my Engine Crew and I very comfortable as well as always inquire if we need anything else. Very kind and courteous. I’ve honestly never experienced such kind and genuine people as the staff that are here. The rooms are great too! You can tell that the housekeepers happy! Best ice cream I’ve had in my life (honestly, they have a legit ice cream bar in the lobby, Lemon Bars no joke, looked like about a dozen varieties of flavors to choose from). Killer spot for a cone with a view of the street! Thanks so much Carrie! We’ll always keep ya in mind when we’re coming through town!
The hotel staff went out of their way, over and above, to help me with a bad situation. Found me a room when every hotel for over 100 miles was booked solid. We go through town every year over Labor Day weekend for over ten years. There was a National High School Mountain Biking Competition with over 1,500 families in the area. The hotel staff made sure I was taken care of and even gave me a discount for the chaos. We'll definitely be staying there for our trip next year. Thank you Ramada Inn.
We stayed here as a last minute stop and the front desk lady was so helpful and nice. Everything is clean. They offer a delicious smell of hygiene products. Ice machine and breakfast were good. Rooms are outdated a bit but other than an old feel to them our stay was great.
This hotel has been newly remodeled and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, and old town shopping. Breakfast was wonderful and the ice cream parlor was a treat. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Definitely worth the stay and we will be back as we travel that way often.
The rooms were nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the 3rd of July and the cost was almost $200 for one night! It was next to impossible to sleep with the fireworks and people walking around upstairs and in the hallway. Breakfast was disappointing, since my last stay at a Ramada a month ago was much better. Suggestions- hot sauce for the eggs and half and half or flavored creamers would help the awful coffee taste better.
Wonderful place to stay. Welcoming, friendly staff that work diligently to meet your needs during your stay. Breakfast was delicious with hot foods, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and more. Rooms are spacious, clean, and bedding is very comfy! Centrally located near city park, shopping, and places to eat! Will definitely stay again.
This was a nice stop. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple but great. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but my husband said it was great. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel pa

Went last Wednesday and ended up ordering their sliders, sweet potato fries, and a drink called a girl named shoe. The sliders were okay to me, but I loved the fries and the drink that still think about it. The service was also great, and I can see m
The patience and professionalism of this restaurant is amazing. Our group started at 19, then we went to 23, then to 25--and back down to 23 (what a server's nightmare). But these servers didn't make us feel unwanted at all. They were so nice and
Clean, classic theater, with comfortable seats and clean floors. We were there for a little film festival and loved the atmosphere of the theater. The screen and sound were on par with any bigger theater chain, although the rooms were smaller with a
