It's an old build with the motel feel. My room was clean and gave me what I needed.. an inexpensive place to stay for a last minute work trip. STAFF is very friendly and helpful. If I need to, I'll book again!
I was delighted by my stay at this Ramada property. The value is incredible. The room was sizable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is free. The property can improve in some areas, notably by replacing pool chairs, reimplementing daily housekeeping, and offering a daily continental breakfast in lieu of a grab-and-go option. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The accommodations are humble, but clean. The customer service here is really top notch. However, they shouldn't say they have daily breakfast on their website because they only have a light continental breakfast on weekends. Just your basic coffee, juice, cereal milk, toast, muffins and doughnuts. It was a bit underwhelming. Let's get back to the customer service. Aaron, the hotel manager, helped me provide a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding without breaking my bank, or the bank of my guests. Other hotels wanted me to pay for any block room not taken by the date of, which with 15 spaces could have been around $12,000 if half the rooms had not booked. Instead, Aaron gave us a cutoff date 1 month before the block began 2 days prior to the wedding. He guaranteed the very reasonable rates for 3 days before and 3 days after the block. Housekeeping is on request only, but towels are readily available at the front desk. I can't speak to the pool or jacuzzi, but my daughter said that both have a lift, which we appreciated as she uses a wheelchair. She also stayed in a handicap accessible room with a shower bench.
Staff could improve so much. They never smiled, never cared, at some point even rude.
The place has so much room for improvement. It was borderline clean and dirty.
Breakfast was a joke. They would give you a to go box on weekdays, for weekends it was super basic.
Location was great since it was close by to all our plans.
Nothing really set me that it was ok or average at the least. I would never come back here.
Location is great and the service at the front desk was good too. The room, however, was disgusting. The floor needed to be swept and the bed skirts/frames were stained with what looked like blood. The bathroom looked dirty, the shower rod was hanging by one screw (huge hazard), and it looked like there was blood splatters on the mirror. We felt disgusted and didn't want to touch anything.
We checked out a day early. This hotel doesn't offer a refund unless your reservation is 365 days away. I don't think they'd make money if they allowed guests to get a refund because most would check out early.
I was very upset regarding this hotel. We've stayed at Ramada's before and never had an issue like this. We booked a 6 day stay for our daughter's birthday this week. Upon entering the room, food and garbage was on the floors, bathroom and INSIDE dresser drawers. Furniture is old and broken!! Bathroom had so much hair in the tub, toilet and sink that was not ours. The beds had so many small and long black hairs. While trying to sleep, i was very itchy and my skin turned red from how irritated it was. I cleaned the whole hotel and everything came out BLACK as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. What is worse, they have an awful roach infestation!! I am not talking about the big ones, the little ones you can bring back and infest your house with!! They come out mainly at night but we still found them crawling up the walls and on our toothbrushes!! We left the second day and got a much better hotel at the Embassy Suites. Manager at the front desk of the Ramada states he couldn't refund us and continued to say they do not have a roach problem. I have pictures that shows otherwise. I will be contacting Ramada corporate for my refund. Do not stay here, the only thing good is the location.
The staff was friendly and polite. When I checked in, the room we had initially wasn't an Accessible one for my mom's power chair. I booked a Deluxe Room by mistake. Steven was able to accommodate us with an Accessible Room, so we got lucky.
Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning when we requested it. They even left us extra toiletries, which was kind and thoughtful of them. The location was ideal and close to several food options, Walgreens, and Vons. We also liked having a fridge in the room. There was a laundry facility on property, which was convenient even though we didn't end up using it. We also received a courtesy call about the water being shut off for an hour due to repairs, which was very considerate.
The property could use a face-lift. There were some dings in the furniture and a hole in the curtains, but it wasn't major. As far as the continental breakfast on weekends, I wish there were some protein options because it was quite bread heavy, but it was better than nothing.
Unfortunately, a homeless man ended up in the pool on one of the days because someone left the gate open. It was closed temporarily. I was still concerned about the cleanliness of it, so I didn't end up using it.
Overall, we had a good experience and we would stay here again.
Priceline put us in a drug infested hotel. Broken bed homeless in parking lot our bed was broken. Homeless man urinating with pants down at the pool. I complained said nothing they can do. Ive contacted customer service four times Submitted pictures and no one will help to resolve

This hotel was perfect for our Rose Bowl experience!
We stayed in the one bedroom and it was plenty spacious. The couch bed was the worst part of the trip, I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. But I had to sleep there with no other options. If you can,

Owner/head instructor Justen Hamilton is an incredibly effective teacher and a gem of a human being. What a welcoming environment heâs created here at Modern Martial Arts.

My first time at Stretch Lab was great. Parking was easy (and validated!) in the underground structure off Fair Oaks. The space is very nice and my stretch with Nita was terrific. She was knowledgeable, professional and gave me a great stretch.
Wow! I randomly found this place and itâs fantastic. Definitely a hidden gem. Loved the asian fish and chips but unfortunately forgot to take a pic! Everything on the menu looked amazing and I will definitely be back to try something new.
