Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. The whole hotel stank, the carpets looked really filthy with stains on them. The escalators were never working and I was left with carrying my luggage to the 8th floor. The staff were practically useless and made every excuse to avoid fixing a problem. The staff said we can use the phone in the room to call the front desk when needed assistance but guess what, the phones were not working either as they weren’t even fixed in properly, they were just there for display. To make things worse my locker wasn’t working so I went all the way down again to speak to the reception and they told me the whole hotel does not have working lockers. I then asked the staff what am I supposed to do with my valuables. The staff member was really not bothered and just told me “don’t worry it’s safe we have cameras”. To talk about the breakfast is a whole new topic. It was just a few muffins and fruit from the local shop. Defiantly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I was supposed to stay 10 nights but only stayed 2. I didn’t care about losing my money I just had to get out of that mess. I don’t think il ever even want to cross paths with that place ever again.

Despite a lot of negative reviews, my experience was good. I did not need much: only basic amenities and a room to comfortably sleep in for several days while seeing NYC. And this place was a good value for money. Room was clean with a working AC and regular change of towels. Not the most comfortable room but it was more than enough for me Location is nice: just near Park and Ride with a bus that would take you into the very centre of Manhattan Leaving 3 stars nonetheless because of several inconveniences like lift not working, card to the room being suddenly disabled, and slight smell in the corridor from time to time

I stayed here on August 6. Upon my arrival, I was told the elevators are not working. This was a problem as I have two herniated discs in my back and hip and knee issues as well not to mention the person I was traveling with had gout in the foot. My television did not work and when I told someone they said, they would bring me a new remote control to try out and never came back. At 2:30 in the morning, I was woken up by loud bangs as they were changing out dumpsters in the parking lot. I booked this through Expedia and will never use Expedia or a Ramada again as they refused to give me any type of refund. Customer service has gone down the toilet since Covid and it’s unacceptable. Let’s get this place closed down!

Listen to the reviews. This place is a wreck. Let's start at the beginning. After you check in they tell you that the elevator is broken. So after I humped up not only mine but my 3 kids luggage and cooler to the 4th floor, I found that Room 1 was disgusting. Carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, room was dirty and just not maintained well, stunk like smoke. Room 2 was slightly better, but just as under maintained as the first, stunk like smoke again. Nit worth the money with other options nearby. Then the "Complimentary " breakfast in a bag which was the equivalent to a $2.00 7-11 stop. 4 Oz bottle of water and some junk. Outside the hotel you will need your 4 wheel drive to navigate the pot holes in the parking lot, and hopefully you don't hit a junkie on the way through. All together this places gets....👎👎 a 2 thumbs down review!!! Do better Marriott this hotel sucks!!!

When we arrived and checked in, the front desk told us that the ALL the elevators were broken. So we have to go by stairs. This hotel has 10 floors so, imagine the guests whose rooms were on the 10th floor. And plus elderly people too. SO INCONVENIENT! Next when we got to our room the carpet was very very sticky and looked like it had stains on it. The breakfast and entrance areas were kept clean. Although the location this hotel was great, but every other thing was not that amazing.

Positive: Location was the only acceptable thing. Negative: The elevators did not work so we carry our bags 4 flights of stairs. The hotel no ac in the halls and lobby. The room was filthy and sheets had stains all over. The toilets didn't flush properly. The carpet was sticky. We left and got another hotel

We stayed there for 8 days. Breakfast was okay.. we have to travel to opposite room to get the tea and water which I think was risky because of children around us. Room size was fine but I gave 2 star because it wasn’t clean properly on daily bases despite informing the front desk staff no action was taken. I was with my kids they ate and play in the room and make mess. It was uncomfortable to sleep in the dirty room. Air conditioning was good. Lift wasn’t working during our stay which I was told by Smith that it will be fixed. My husband has back problem he struggled to go up and down the steps. No compensation was offered for broken lift. I have given 4 star to service as staff was friendly especially night shift. I gave 4 star to location. I initially thought we will be in New York but this hotel is outside of city in New Jersey. But commuting to city wasn’t too bad. However, it was hard to book a Uber when we were going to JFK from this hotel. Uber driver told us that they aren’t allowed to pick up any customers on the way back to New Jersey. So mostly drivers cancel the job. It might be worth to arrange this including the trip.

Reception denied rooms which were booked. No lifts working, had to climb 8 floors Allotted room was not able to open. Changed room in same floor dirty smell Changed room again to 5 floor. The room was good. Ice maker is not working. If you need it, you have to walk to the 2nd floor. Breakfast provided carries only muffin granola bar Which were not good, and a person who is diabetic can not have any options.
