Had a wonderful time staying here. I was allowed early check in and late check out as a Wyndham platinum member. The room had two king beds which is unique. The room was very spacious. It had two additional seats for when you don’t want to sit on your bed. The hotel provides a shuttle to the port and I would have used it if I had known about it.

Let me start by saying that the room we stayed in was exceptionally clean. I love walking into a room that smells clean. The sheets were clean, and the bed was comfy. I always check the bathrooms at hotels and this was very clean. I was very happy about that. Old Tom's Bar and Grill is attached to the hotel and it was absolutely amazing. Good food and good drinks. They also have games. Needs improvement: The pool was closed when I was there, not sure if they were working on it. They have vending machines and the one on the far left doesn't work very well with cards. The customer service could be a little friendlier on the phone. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Terrible!! They are about 1.5 miles from the airport and they only go once every hour at the top of the hour. It should be constant or every 30 minutes at least. One of my sisters had to wait an hour at the airport for the shuttle, even though the front desk told her they would come back around in 25 minutes. They made her wait 1 hour. That is completely unacceptable. I would say that they really need to change this. It would greatly improve their hospitality service.

Here are the good: comfortable bed, hot showers. That’s about it. From the rude staff, to the weirdly discombobulated layout of this roadside motel, this was a joke of a hotel and far substandard for the Wyndham brand. Not only will you will need a compass, Dora the explorer and the map to navigate your way to your room, but a drink and cigarette after dealing with the incompetence and rudeness of the front desk staff. I , as well as the guests that arrived the same time as me, were surprised to learn on our trek to our respective rooms that there are NO ELEVATORS in this multilevel “hotel”. So we all had to schlep our luggage up and down levels of stairs. This would have been helpful to know before booking as this hotel as it is located near the airport. but I personally feel that this important little tidbit is purposely kept secret because no one would want to book a hotel by an airport where they have no elevators and have to carry their bags up /down the stairs. On my second day, I was in the room asleep with the latch on the door as I always do, when I was awakened by housekeeping standing in the open door asking about changing the trash. When I went down to speak with front desk about this, the agent upset me even more by making very lame excuses and trying to shift blame by asking me “Am I sure the latch was locked?” “Housekeeping does not have the tools to unlock the latch” “Did you have the Do Not Disturb sign hanging?” These to me are all mute points. If the latch is locked, there’s a good chance the room is occupied and the occupant(s) do not want to be walked in on. After this interaction with the lady at front desk, and the previous rude experience with the agent checking me in, (who was seemingly uninterested in doing her job or checking people in) I was done and ready to leave.

I wasn't expecting there to be a charge for the breakfast, I thought it was complimentary. Otherwise, the stay was great, the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was so convenient also the transportation to the cruise port (for a fee) was helpful. This was a short stay from a red-eye flight for a cruise the next day,

This place tends to ignore those that speak English only. At the airport the shuttle totally ignored me yelling at him and he just kept on going. I tried calling the motel and they just said that the shuttle would be back around in an hour. After an 11 hour plane ride, I was exhausted. However, I waited. Then when I finally got to the motel, I again was treated with no respect. At first they wanted me to take a second floor room, they said there was no first floor rooms. When I told them that I was disabled they still said there were no first floor rooms available and there were no elevators. I asked if I could have help with my luggage and they said that they couldn't help me. I have 2 heavy suitcases and 2 heavy backpacks and they wanted me to carry all of it upstairs despite me being disabled and my reservation said I needed a downstairs. Then I told them my dog was a service dog and they at first said they didn't have any rooms to accommodate my dog. I said "then fine cancel my reservation, pay me everything back and I will be getting ahold of the proper authorities and letting them know that you are refusing to allow my service dog and that is discrimination against the disabled ". All of a sudden they changed their attitude and said, "well hold on let me see what I can do". Now they all of a sudden had a downstairs room and it would accommodate my dog. I went to the restaurant that is inside their motel to get something to eat and again my service dog was refused. I explained that he was my service dog and they said "we still can't have him here". What is with these people who are actually breaking the law. A service dog is allowed no matter where you go. The next morning, I went to check out and once again I was ignored. Finally one of the workers asked if I was checking out and I said yes. I gave him the room keys and started to ask him a question and he just walked away from me while I was talking to him. If I could give this hotel a zero star I would. I don't normally post reviews, unless they are exceptional in service or they are really negative. This motel is completely in the wrong. I don't suggest anyone coming here.

Reception did not understand their assignment. Membership should have some privileges. A/C unit had a chemical odor and I reported it. Was told that it will be rectified in a few mins. No one ever showed up. Property has a nice location and decent value for your money. It’s usually a good stay but the reception staff were off of their game.

Me an my family was on vacation we stayed at the ramada hotel which was nice but the pool was not working what's vacation without the pool if I had none the pool was not working I would have not stayed they. Front desk should have a least said something to me before I checked in after doing that plus I paid an additional $22.60 for check it early which was fine then I proceeded to my room up the stairs with my bags an that's how I notice the pool so I went to ask about the pool an that's when I learned about the pool. I will not be staying here again. An the staff is not friendly at all

Très bon hôtel. J'y ai passé 1 nuit entre deux vols. Il y a de tout, un bar, un restaurant et un petit déjeuner copieux pour seulement 12$. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le personnel est accueillant. J'espère y revenir
