Ramada by Wyndham Lithia Springs Atlanta - Hotel in Lithia Springs - 920 Bob Arnold Blvd, USA

Ok so we got here at 12am I walked in the room and I couldn't believe this was a Wyndham hotel.after looking around the room and taking pics of the condition I went down to the desk and asked if this was a Wyndham he said it was I told him I was shocked at that because of the condition of the room and honestly the hotel itself. Doors were dirty when walking in then there was the customer service desk that looks like something you see in movies at shady hourly hotels. Garbage on the floors and in elevator. Then we got to our room and got that shock.yes they are doing updates but it looks like they are not fixing things but painting over them. They don't seem to clean the windows looking outside . There are bugs/ boogers on the walls . There are burn marks in both rooms that we walked into (yes we got a new room and it was a bit better) microwave wasn't wiped down(gross) I could go on but like all the other comments hair on the sheets I slept on my bag as I didn't wanna put my head on any pillows we smelled one of them and it smelled like someone's head had been on it. The water pressure from the sink was good but also a bit too strong as it sprayed all over you when you turned it on. The shower head needs a good scrubbing but I will say water pressure was good and the water temp was good. I feel that the 5 star rating that pop up after the one star rating are the owners trying to keep your rating up. House keeping needs to do better and clean the walls and light switches.i was so disappointed and for the money I spent I could have gone to one of the other hotels across from this place and believe me we thought about it but we're tired and just wanted to get some rest. We did get a late check out as we didn't get to sleep till after 1am. There were guests that were a bit noisy but they don't have control over that. Over all go some where else for the money was not worth this place.

Very tacky dirty hotel. Under some outside work but mud tracked everywhere. Rooms in need of complete remodel. Holes in walls from taking down some deco. Bathroom paint or what ever it is is bubbling up and falling off. Tiniest tv of any hotel. Ac unit so noisy you cant sleep. No water pressure in sink or shower. Toilet works great but seat put on crooked and whole thing wobbles. Dont go here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada by Wyndham. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the modern amenities.

The location of the area was actually very good and not too far from downtown Atlanta, around 25 minutes depending on traffic. The room itself was dirty. There were boogers on the side of our mattress, used paper on the bathroom floor, the window seal was dirty and the sheets were dirty and when I asked for a new pair I was told to bring my dirty pair down to the front desk before I could get new ones. Also, the internet never worked and wasn’t fixed after we asked if it could be fixed. Overall, I would save the money and stay somewhere else in the area it’s not worth the price at all.

This place is GROSS. Do not stay here. Rooms smell of urine. People play loud music and fight throughout night. The manger is horrible he didn’t do anything about my complaints and was rude when I asked for a refund.

Management is helpful, and attentive, I will give them that. Staff is pretty friendly. 3 stars because you can hear eeeverything from the hallways into the rooms and the room service lady was extremely loud when doing her duties. Sounded like she was yelling the whole time but I guess she was just talking nonstop, but loud and aggressive. It woke me up in the mornings. And not all of us are up early in the mornings. I'm on vacation. Place smells like weed throughout the hallways also, but that's almost all of the hotels I have been to in this area. Not a "fine hotel" for the price. It is a plus that you can get an early check in however. No late checkouts.

I stay at the hotel on the 9th of Feb at 1am and check out on the 9th at 11am. I noticed once I got home I was covered and bed bug bites. On my legs, hands, stomach, thighs and below. I am still waiting on the owner or manager to reach out to me. Beware of bed bugs. The hotel was ran down broken toilets and floor boards.

The Staff was friendly and ensured I knew about the perks that came with the room. Coffee and breakfast is always a plus. They also have refrigerators with a freezer for anything you may need to freeze. The rooms are clean-there are no bugs! House keeping does a great job cleaning-I can tell by looking at stuff that should always stay clean and it was perfect. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and worry free.
