I rarely leave bad reviews…But this place deserves one…It has bed bugs and spiders in the rooms we stayed in… Of course we didn’t know it until after the first day. Sat on the bed watching TV for a while because my wife fell asleep. All of the certain I started scratching my leg. I woke up with a swollen calf. Being that this has happened to me before. I already knew what was going on. I hate we chose to save $50,$70 bucks to suffer bug bites. Spend the extra and have a good night sleep. I didn’t even tell the management because I knew as soon as I saw the room. Plus, the room has the shower and bathtub in the room. Yes, not in a room! In the room you sleep in. Even the suites has the shower and bath in the living room. We’ll never stay at this place again. Location is close to LAX and good restaurants other than, not good. You live and learn. I’m teaching you now!!!

This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was hit by an unpleasant mix of odd smells and mold. The first room they gave me had multiple issues: the lights weren’t working, the AC was broken, and there was an overpowering smell of mold throughout the room. After complaining to the front desk, they sent maintenance to fix the AC, but it still didn’t work. I went back to the front desk, mentioned the strong mold odor, and they offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was no better—it was dirty, with stained carpets, grimy windows, and a bathroom with a shower switch that was nearly impossible to use and seemed broken. I understand that hotels can be old, but there’s no excuse for being dirty and mold-infested. This place is in dire need of maintenance and proper cleaning. Save yourself the trouble—this was the WORST place I’ve ever stayed.

I just returned to my home in NJ and it’s the worst place I have ever stayed. Checked in July 18th 24. I received keys for room431 my husband need to urinate as he got to the room flushed the toilet and the water came all the way up to top like it was about to over flow, call front desk the maintenance guy came 20 minutes later with a plunger left and came back with a device to try but it continued to fill up as he tried to fix it call the desk to be moved, but was told they were all booked, so I couldn’t be moved. I tried looking for another hotel but as it was last minute the prices were extremely high. The maintenance guy was really nice and he tried until the water went down then told me to flush I must stand and hold down the lever until all the water is gone down into the sewer I guess. The table was dirty, I literally had to clean the table and sanitize everything. I went down stairs and asked for a blanket and sheets and change the bed, the bed was looking suspect, like a customer left and the didn’t clean or change the bed linen. There is kids running up and down the hall at nights and people in the lobby that seems like they live there. There is a guy with his door open all day bare back hanging out like it’s his house. Then on my way to check out they charge my card an additional $114 I address the charge the girl said that’s because they did not get the Expedia digital card and she would reverse the charge , it’s been 48 hrs since my return home and one more day I will call to find out when my money’s would be returned. I will not recommend.

Location is good but the hotel is one of the most neglected hotel in terms of maintenance of property, rooms, bathrooms, elevator and don't think breakfast included means; buffet, controlled of how much you can eat. Moldy smell. Stayed 1 night and left because too many problems at the property.

Not even sure where to start. First driving up to the property, my first instinct was to turn around and find another location. It is beyond sketchy. If I wasn't with my husband, I for sure would of found another spot to stay. The guy at the front desk was nice, so my only thing not to complain about. The room was disgusting. Everything about it looked dirty. From walking up to the door of our room, I was disgusted. Just dirty and run down looking. Inside was like looking at a room from the 90's. Seriously outdated and again, still dirty. The bathroom is the worst. Mirror is stained, missing parts. The floor has stains, and the walls in the shower are atrocious. Don't think that the tile has ever been replaced (or cleaned). The shower head has hard water build up, as well as the knob to turn the water off. Which can easily be remedied with regular proper cleaning. Another huge complaint is the lack of outlets. In the whole room, 2 available plugs and neither close to a table or anything. No USB ports to be seen. And this location is BEYOND loud. So much for relaxing. I definitely would not stay here again. $260 wasted. Could of spent a few more bucks and stayed at the Hilton 🤦‍♀️

This is scam, scam, scam!!! Stay away from this place, you need trust reviews before make any reservations! The worst Ramada ever! Everything is broken, Everything! The room smells weeds everywhere, even they says this is none smoking room. Hot water not working, I can’t even get shower, toilet stopped working, AC is Broken, windows not able to close and you can see the traffic lights through the window, very NOISY outside. Just feel like I am sleeping on the street all night long . Talked to the front desk and complained about everything, the only one word they are saying is SORRY. No one really care about the people, only Money!!! They know you only stay over for one night, so they don’t give you any respect. Don’t know how this business still services to the public! Need report to the owner or city inspector!

The location is housed with team members whom catalog your personal information…address, credit card, phone number, etc. Then the information is handed off to an identification thief whom goes to work and steals your financial assets. If you have stated here in the past and have had an identity theft issue, chalk it up that this hot spot is where it transferred. So it’s not just crooked staff members that inhabit this Ramada, but a swarm of cockroaches, Black ants, and those thousand leg creatures. So take heed that you were warned to detour this poor excuse of lodging housed under the Wyndham Group. Whom in my opinion has lost its direction in the hospitality industry.

Double bed means ONE BED . Smells like it looks outside but you get what you pay for . If u just need a place to sleep the screw it doit but, If y find something better for $100 or less more, do it. The slide doors do not work upon entrance which threw me off. The light by elevator flickered which scared me but that’s fine no biggy . However , The carpet in the room turned the bottoms of my feet black. The room is stinky smells old, and the free breakfast was fine if you don’t mind being limited to one very STRICT portion bc someone has to serve your egg sausage and potato’s and my last day it’s less than one serving ! But then I saw someone bring Tupperware to breakfast and understood why they are strict lol. The people do work hard it’s just the old building that throws u off . To split $100 w someone and stay somewhere else I would have bc I had to walk down the parking ramp everytime I returned bc my key was deactivated . Ask for wifi info bc I forgot to and it isn’t advertised
