Positive: The room was great, super clean and nice. No issues with the room Negative: The location was convenient. The outside looked a little rundown and the area wasn?t very upscale but the room was great. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the interior was. Didn?t have breakfast- we had to leave before breakfast opened
the bed was soft, the breakfast was good and the pool was the cherry on top. ||They make great use of the space ||The restroom is small but the toilet is a good size and the walk in shower makes it feel very large. I'm a very big man and felt so comfortable.||the breakfast area was also small but they have plenty of tables and all you can eat sausage and egg! My kids had waffles and cereal, my wife had a bagel and OJ. It was all fantastic! ||The pool was the best part my kids are 10 and 5 but they could go half way into the pool and still feel they're feet so they felt independent without dad having to be around them.
Room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was awesome and warm. |We did have an issue with our key working at first, but the attendant came to us to help resolve which was super nice and helpful. |Located right off the highway for easy coming and going if just passing through.
Friendly, clean, and a good breakfast!! |Check in was a breeze, elevator was great, no issues with the key cards, bathroom was very clean, tv worked well, beds comfortable, shower worked well, nice breakfast selections for all of us, and check out very easy. Thank you.
Absolutely filthy rooms, AC units barely provide cooling... If I could do less than 1 I would... The free breakfast was rarely filled, only the front desk person trying to multi task with a very busy area ... Not using gloves to transport food, not hair net and long hair to her belt line ..watched her use broom then go into kitchen area and bring out food within 30 seconds..very poor food handling skills ..the entire staff was hard to communicate with on the phone and in person.... English as a 2nd or 3rd language has limited communication skills to handle problems and address concerns... The towels are paper thin, smelly not fresh... Pillows smell worn and frankly likely not washed with any consistency... My eyes were irritated and very red both mornings... The carpet floors were dirty and sticky ... Fridge was dirty.... Just a completely disgusting facility... I am considering a call to the county health facility Tuesday morning... No stars mean less than 1 star... And that star has zero value!!!
I had a great weekend stay. Sleept comfy and woke up early to enjoy breakfast! Enjoyed the evening with a dip in the pool. The shower was nice and the room was clean! Price was reasonable, and I would definitely stay again!!
Everything was clean and the beds were comfy.||The breakfast was great. My kids were thrilled that they had waffles available for breakfast, and I was glad to see they had scrambled eggs and sausage available.||It seemed like a family run business, and customer service was very kind and helpful.||It is a motel, which normally means it’s noisier, but even staying next to the pool, things were relatively quiet, largely because of our a/c drowning out the noise. I appreciated it! Ha!||All in all—it was a fantastic “bang for your buck” option without compromising safety.
I don't usually stay at Ramada but We needed a room for the night. It was a pleasant surprise. The people who run the place were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning kept going out but other than that is was good. Breakfast was alsovery nice. The price for a roo. Was very reasonable. They were pet friendly also. All in all a good find.
This hotel is so fun! Kids loved the rooms with disco lights and nostalgic throwback decor! Fire pit under the stars or throw some bags! Though a bit chilly the kids loved the 80 degree pool and managed even with it only being 39 degrees out. Pet fr

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.
I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck
I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".
Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
