Basic, no-frills comfortable rooms. Close to everything and convenient. Loved the choices in the continental breakfast. Amenities were offered and I loved that. Staff were very friendly but Kiya stood out the most. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She made the checkin process easy and effortless. Thanks Kiya☺️.

Sewage began filling our bathroom sink at 9 at night. When my wife called the front desk, she was told, "I'll call the maintenance guy." After waiting a half hour in feces smell, we went to the lobby, where I was told that we can move rooms and to pack all of our things up and move to the lobby. The front desk woman then accused me of being rude when I asked for a discount for the sewage. I thought my question was reasonable, apparently not. We then carried all of our bags BACK to the same floor that we came from, because moving from one room to the other without a flight of stairs in the way was a thought that didn't occur. I was really enjoying the place too, but I'm totally disgusted. Would go lower than one if I could. Oh, and they charge for the airport shuttle, despite the website not mentioning a price. Scummy behavior. UPDATE: Selena, the manager, lied to me about her attempts to resolve these issues! She told me that I my kids and I should have come back early from our day trip to meet with her on HER schedule. She also claimed to call the room phone, three times. Fun fact! When I picked up the room phone in the second room, there was no dial tone! So, she either is too stupid to notice the phone not ringing, or, as I personally believe, she's a liar! I had to go to corporate to even goad her into a response. She personally attacks me over the course of several emails when I question the inconsistent response. I'm finally given 52 dollars off the night we were forced to move, and no further recompense. I'm furious and still pursuing further action. Terrible.

The absolute biggest bait and switch room I’ve ever booked. Photos and reviews on the site I booked with made this seem like a great deal, it was not. I wouldn’t have stayed here if they paid me. The parking lot is small and not in the best shape, and has the sketchiest people hanging around out front. We got checked in, took the very questionable elevator, and navigated the maze to get to our room (which was not fun). The hallways outside of the rooms are enclosed with all of the AC units for the rooms, making them about 100 degrees and humid (not to mention the alternating smells of urine and weed). The room was mildly cleaned at best, with stains on the bedspread and carpet. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The door had no interior safety latch, there was a metal rod to keep the window from being opened, and the deadbolt was broken, leading us to getting locked out of our room. Although with how flimsy the door was, a light kick probably would’ve opened it. The manager had excuses for everything, and would not actually acknowledge anything. We called Expedia to cancel and get refunded, and before the cancellation was even confirmed, they called the room telling us to leave. Save yourself the headache and just book elsewhere.

My daughter and I needed a place to stay during a layover. We were picked up in a filthy van, would have done better paying for a ride. The attendant was playing around with friends and the other stage, after a 20hr flight, all we wanted was a clean room and place to relax. This wasn't it. The hallway to the room wreaked of urine and body odor, so thick you could see it. The guest were sitting on the curb smoking and one lady was sitting inside the flower pot. We got to the room and the drapes were as dark as the carpet, disgusting. The AC worked but the air that was circulating smelled so bad it needed to be turned off. The driver of the van was kind and helpful. I have given my review to the hotel and contacted HQ but no one will issue my miles back. I didn't stay there even 10 mins. We were better off being uncomfortable at the airport overnight than sleep in filth. I do hope that the hotel or company does the right thing and refunds my miles.

Arriving to the hotel, we noticed the pictures do not portray this accurately. Front desk was pleasant. Walking to the room. We noticed how dirty the hallway and stairs were. When entering the room, it was so dirty we didn't even put our things down. There was pee all over the toilet seat, the tub was black, the chair in the room was disgusting. There was hair all over the entirety of the room. I spent sometime cleaning it with wipes I had on me. The shampoo and conditioner was already used and had gunk all over the bottles. Because we had a long day out with two kids and didn't want to drag them to other place. The noise was horrible and couldn't sleep. The pool was absolutely disgusting and freezing. When waking in the morning, we noticed the coffee machine was missing parts and wasn't even able to be used. The pictures and reviews on this hotel did NOT portray accurately at all and set us up for a horrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again, and honestly will not be staying the night in Boston again. If this is the normal then we don't want anything to do with it. So sad, this use to be a great trip for us when we were kids.

You're getting exactly what you paid for, no bells and whistle's but the room was very clean, staff was nice, pool looked clean although i didn't swim. Variety of breakfast options in the am. Much better than the bad reviews suggested, i was worried to book but was more then pleasantly surprised when we got there. Very convenient location

Since I saw many bad review and I am kind of nervous about it. But my experiences were opposite!! The staff were nice! Room is neat and clean. Bed is comfortable. All of it there are good with cheap price! Breakfast it's great! Just been there last Saturday (20 Apr 24). If you wanna find something fun, opposite the hotel have bowling center! That's great!!

I was surprised at how bad this hotel was. I immediately booked a room elsewhere. The carpet had a sheen to it (yikes) and I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off let alone sitting on the corner of the bed. The door had no interior safety latch and the door seemed like an easy door to open if one wanted to get in. It smelled strongly like animals had gone to the bathroom or some sort or urine/humid environment mildew smell.
