Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins - Hotel in Warner Robins - 2024 Watson Blvd, USA

I had to got through 2 different rooms in 2 days. First room smelles like mildew and cigarettes. The floor was damp from the air conditioner. Second smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Air conditioner didn't work, no remote for the television, and card reader for the door didn't work properly. Worst hotel I have ever been at.

The first room we were put in the AC did not work, the second room we were put in smelled strongly like cat urine and when we said something about it we were told there had been a cat in that room previously. Also the rooms have roaches and traps with dead bugs on them out in plain sight. We saw multiple roaches. The pool was also dirty. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the hotel itself is dirty which was a shame.

I would rate this place a zero! Staff was friendly and polite! However the property looked run down and upon entering my room this theme continued. The walls had what appeared to be several bullet holes in ithem that had been patched, their was also a smear of blood on another wall. Their were dirty face towels under the dresser the t.v. was on and the bathroom was filthy. Bathtub was not clean and neither was the toilet. Around the edges of the beds on the floor were also disgusting. My toddler's toy roll under and their was a lot of left over debris from other people's stays. If it hadn't been so late I would have gotten a room elsewhere honestly. When leaving and getting everything back in our car I noticed a portion of the building was being held up by large wood slats on the top floor. This was by far the worst stay I've had a hotel.

The state of the room is very nasty. The pillows and mattresses were discolored and looked very dirty. The blankets had pen scribbles all over them. The ironing board was hanging off the wall by only one screw. The carpet looks discolored and dirty. There is badly patched over holes. The room had a heavy musty smell. I would not recommend.

The room was atrocious. There was peeling and chipped paint, dirty bathtub, filthy shower curtain, filthy air conditioning filters, pillows that smelled like musty arms, chipped furniture and a smell of mildew. The mildew affected my asthma and I had to shorten my stay. To top it off, I didn’t get refund of the unused days. This was the most horrible motel I have ever been in!

The hotel is disgusting. Our room had a mildew odor, the drywall is damaged, the curtains are old and torn, carpet is old, something was in the toilet and it took two flushed to get it down. The breezeways are disgusting, felt and smelled like I was walking in urine. And to top it all off there was a roach crawling on the bathroom sink. This entire place needs to be torn down. After traveling several hours, tired and just wanting a nice place to rest, traveled with friends and we were very disappointed. I have asthma and allergies and was affected all night.

You walk into lobby and there’s a mildew smell. I should’ve walked out then; and it only got worse. The room was terrible. Peeling paint, mildew smell and bathroom was filthy. To top it off, the air conditioning filters were crusted with dust. Wyndham should be ashamed to offer this to the public.

Stayed at this gem of a hotel in March with work friends and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings. The amenities, including the on-site breakfast and fitness center, were top-notch. Definitely made our business trip feel like a mini-vacation. Highly recommend for both work and leisure stays!
