I would highly recommend Ram-Tech for all of your personal and/or business computer and networking services. I can tell you how many times I've had anywhere from the simplest of questions to major problems and received a quick response and on site assistance if needed. I've been in the position of working with quite a few IT companies but none with such exceptional service as Ram-Tech. I am never told sorry that is a software vendor issue, you need to contact them. They always intervene on our behalf, contact them if necessary and work the kinks out before they even happen. You can NOT go wrong with the Ram-Tech team.
