Great food! Vibes are good and flavors are delicious. If you haven’t tried this place give it a shot! The buffalo blue Mac n cheese is delicious!

Had a wonderful experience here. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. They messed up on my wife's steak- but redid it and made it right for her. We were more than pleased. Our server- Jenn H- was awesome toward us!!

It's so hot and uncomfortable in this restaurant that I thought of leaving shortly after we sat down. When my wife and I did leave, we let out a sigh of relief as we took in the fresher, cooler air, stating that it was cooler outside than in. This is a hot day in July in the Boise area. I shouldn't be sweating through dinner at a restaurant. This reason alone will keep us from coming back, which is sad because the food is pretty good. The waiters here were fantastic, especially the manager who greeted us and sat us at our table. Great job! He even mentioned that one section is even hotter than where we sat. The beer I had was amazingly cold, crisp, and refreshing. Clearwater Kolsch is such a good beer. It was probably made even better because of the immense heat inside. If you want people to fill your seats again and again, they have to be comfortable. The people that like it this hot are NOT the norm. Management here needs to get it figured out. I hope they do. Having been someone who was a part of the staff from the Boise location in its first years, I am compelled to compare. The Boise location runs a tight ship with Kevin as the captain, and this location seems to need that devoted management. The service they had was very friendly. There was a handmade sign on the door stating staff shortage and cut restaurant hours because of it. The menu and food were far from what I was accustomed to from other locations. I thought maybe the location was fairly new and struggling, but I was told it's been there awhile. It felt like a small knock-off of what it should be. My taco salad felt like it had a spash of corn and black beans with mostly lettuce. The lettuce was fresh though.

18 bucks for this burger? Nah. Server was friendly, checked up on us. Did a good job. Burger had a good flavor, but felt nothing else about it as a whole. Bun looked like it came from an 8 pack for 99 cents. Lettuce, wilted. No joy there. Can get a burger comparable for 12 bucks elsewhere. If the beef is a higher grade, I would have no way of knowing. Used to go to Ram two to three times a month, 10 years ago. Sad to see it this way. Good beer, though.

Ram Restaurant and Brewery was pretty good. I ordered the Cheeseburger Veggies were fresh and meat was cooked to my liking. For an Appetizer my Dad ordered the Pretzel sticks with Cheese. Cheese wasn't my cup of tea. A little bland but still 3/5 . Pretzels were salted up and tasted great without cheese. Soda was nice and bubbly sprite has a different taste everywhere but was really good here. Didn't have to wait long for a seat asap-5 minutes. Gets most busy during football season. Staff was nice and checked up on us for the most part. TVs are visible no matter the seating. Not to noisy and bathrooms were clean.

Came in today for lunch and was ecstatic to see Gary back running the show. Also great to have Stacey still holding down the fort in the bar. As you can see, the pizza was great, the beer is always great. Like where this is going again!

My husband and I had our first date at the RAM on Broadway close to 40 years ago, so we always love coming here. Things got weird during the covid shutdown...but the Meridian location seems to be back to normal now. 😊 Our favorite appetizer used to be loaded RAM chips with garlic sour cream dipping sauce. It has been substituted with a garlic parmesan version. Soooooo disgusting and wet. Overwhelming garlic flavor and swimming in oil. Please bring the original back!
