I have come to the Ralston Keno for it's food for many years, as they have fair priced food and free coffee, throughout the day. Their customer service is very good, and remember those that are 19 and older are to be on site.

Good prime rib cooked rare as requested. Special price on Tuesday is $14.99 (as of 12/2023). Mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans good sides. Companion had side salad for the second side that looked delicious!

Been there 6x. And only had a waitress show up at my table 2 visits. And that was AFTER I waited 25 minutes and went to the bar to get my own drinks. Wait-staff would either make eye-contact and ignore us while serving tables right next to us or would intentionally avoid even looking at us. Worst service I've ever experienced. Someone told me the owner's girlfriend is one of the bartenders. That explains why she doesn't care. Makayla is the only exception (She's a 5-Star). She's great, but 1 amazing worker doesn't make up for the rest of the staff.
Interesting experience. I just went there for food and a drink and wow. The place is huge with multiple rooms and a very bar. Service was great, but it's definitely a keno bar with live keno. I'm not into keno, but for those that are it looked they were having fun. Glad to be feel young again also.
Unexpected, unprovoked rude treatment by a server named Tina. The manager had to apologize. Luckily, it happened before we had time to order a big meal. Any place - Runza, KFC, just not Ralston Keno, ever again.

My daughter turned 21 on Friday, and we stopped in to celebrate. The waitresses were so friendly as well as the patrons. I really appreciate the extra attention given to her. Thanks for a great time!
