Great ice cream! Not cheap but worth is plus you can get hot dogs and such all at the same place Sit outside and enjoy commack road Its a lot of places in the same place Good time

I got a cotton candy shake and they didn’t put cotton candy on it.And then when I told them, they took it back and gave me the same exact thing.It’s a small thing to complain about but I’m still a bit annoyed

My dad would NOT stop talking about this place during and after our visit to New York. He fell in love with it. This 5 stars is from him

This spot is a mash up with a bunch of different restaurants out of one kitchen. I stopped for Nathan's - the food was made fresh and it was delicious. They also had a burger place, Toxic wings, chicken, a cookie joint and Ralph's Ices... all at one counter. Very small area, so not a lot of space to wait. I didn't mind though since Nathan's are few and far between on Long Island now (which is a shame).

I love Ralph’s but tonight I HATE them! I drove 17 min to get here they were supposed to be open for another 20 min. But when I walk up, this nasty little girl tells me “no no …we’re closed”. They weren’t closing early for any relevant reason….she just wanted to take her snooty ass home a little early tonight and to hell with everyone else. To top it off, as I sat in my car, I watch her pack up her little goody bag of deliciousness to take home with her! I would’ve followed her home to steal it and beat her with it ! Hahaha jk. But not really. Reading all these other reviews, this is the worst Ralph’s in the world!!! Wow. Just wow !!

I go there for Nathans dogs and classic fries. Can't be beat. The also have the full Nathans menu and other items.

I come a half an hour before closing and I get a window slammed in my face telling me they’re closed. The workers had no problem serving their friends when I showed up but then suddenly were “closed” when I stepped up to the window and went back to talking to their friends outside. Never coming back.

ice cream is okay.... the ice cream i ordered tasted nothing like it should i asked for another one and would have been fine paying half the price if i had to. many places just replace it for what you want and take the ice cream back. Not at Ralphs! they wanted us to buy another one at full price. Apparently their customer service tactics come straight from the owner. so this will not change.
